I'll Have Another has won the Kentucky Derby and the Preakness.
Do you think I'll Have Another can also win the Belmont Stakes on June 9th to become the first 3 year old to win the Triple Crown of Thoroughbred Racing in the United States since 1978?

Horses who've won both the Derby and Preakness since Affirmed in '78 are...what, like 0-for-11 in the Belmont now? That includes horses who looked far more impressive and dominant than I'll Have Another did. No matter how good a horse looks beforehand, that 1.5-mile track can make a lot of them look mediocre.
You have to bet against him. It would be great to see--I haven't seen a Triple Crown in my lifetime--but there have been too many sure things--Smarty Jones, War Emblem, Big Brown, etc. etc. etc.--who fell short.

I'll Have Another has unfortunately been scratched from the Belmont due to a swollen tendon.

The recent trend of Horses being unable or even unwilling to race all three races seems to make this an impossible task........ But three races over a month+ should not be that difficult a task to accomplish........and I did fall for it and had actually planned to watch the race today... I'll vote no then
