How Many UCFC PPV Matches Should I Schedule?

I just recently installed a copy of version 2.0.7 of the Ultimate MMA Simulator which I'll be using to begin a UFC rules-based MMA fed that'll be based at the MGM Arena in the Vegas Zone of Cloneworld which I'll be calling Ultimate Clone Fighting Championship. The only fighters in the game's roster that I'll be using are the ones that are currently signed by the UFC. Based on the roster of fighters below, I'd like to know how many matches in each division I should schedule for the monthly pay per views, including the pre-show fights that Spike TV shows before the main card. (The reason I'm asking is I plan to have all of the contenders face each other in a round robin schedule with the fighter with the best record after each round getting a shot at the division title.)

I know there's a lot of fighters that should be on this roster, such as the "Pitbull" Andrei Arlovski, but when I printed the current UFC roster off the WikiPedia site on June 6, some of the names I expected to see on the roster, (i.e. Arlovski, Chuck Liddell, etc.) weren't listed anywhere, which leads me to wonder whether those fighters retired before I researched the roster. If so, I can always create a new promotion known as Ultimate Legends Fighting Championship, where I can use those fighters not on the current UFC roster.

Liddell's been retired for over two years and Arlovski hasn't fought in the UFC in over four years. If you're printing off a list of UFC fighters its only going to be active UFC fighters. When they are released, UFC removes them from their roster list almost immediately.
