I saw "Savages" yesterday which I thought was good but not at the level of some of Stone's other movies such as "Wall Street," "Platoon," "Any Given Sunday," "W," etc.

I voted for Born On The 4th Of July, but I also loved Platoon, Any Given Sunday, and Wall Street. Also, Talk Radio is an awesome movie.

I've only watched The Doors and Natural Born Killers from start to finish. Only seen bits and pieces of Platoon and Born on the 4th of July. Out of the two I've actually watched all the way, The Doors was pretty good. Pretty disturbing too.

A good body of work, which cannot be said for a lot of directors, but my favorite would have to be Natural Born Killers. For me, this is the ultimate Filmmakers 101 film. The number of angles, story styles, film speeds, and effects pretty much cover the gammit of what you can do with a camera. In my opinion, this is a must watch for everyone who ever wants to make a film.

My vote for best is Natural Born Killers although if Savages was on the list I might vote for that one as I saw it recently I thought it was better than I was expecting.
