With the new movie "Savages" getting released this weekend, what do you consider the best movie directed by Oliver Stone?

Honestly, I don't really care for Oliver Stone. Savages actually looks good though. I will probably check that out at some point.

Not voting due to lack of seeing all of them but Wall Street is one of my all time favorites.

Savages looks pretty good and since i'm on vacation from work next week i'll probably go check it out.
never saw Salvador, W or World Trade Center
it's a good list of movies left, i also liked Alexander & Talk Radio
but my favorite is The Doors, slightly over Platoon, Any Given Sunday, Alexander, Wallstreet & Talk Radio

but my favorite is The Doors, slightly over Platoon, Any Given Sunday, Alexander, Wallstreet & Talk Radio The Doors is an interesting piece of fiction. Val Kilmer looks the part, but Stone took great creative license and turned Morrison into a caricature. It's annoying for anyone who knows the history and timeline of the Doors and Jim Morrison, but it is a well done film. I've seen all except W and Salvador. I lean towards Natural Born Killers as my favorite at the moment, but subject to change upon further reflection.

I agree with M T that it is annoying as being a huge Doors fan I was disappointed with the timeline and the take Stone had on Jim Morrison. On the other hand, Val Kilmer really did a great job portraying Morrison and the music was used well throughout the film. I will always enjoy watching this movie (unedited of course) but I could see why some hardcore fans wouldn't like it.

Doesn't Stone kinda throw his own personal view onto every film he has made: The Doors, W., JFK, Nixon, World Trade Center...
