Kingston I think is an acquired taste.....I'm not totally into him either. I agree. However, he has really grown on me. His promos during the 12 Large Summit really turned the tide for me. His passion during those promos was infectious.

Most entertaining show I have seen in a long, long time! My lasting memories: 1. The eight-man tag was SO entertaining, both in the ring and around the arena. You MUST see this to believe it! 2. From a wrestling standpoint, I was surprisingly impressed by Ophidian. He is a short little dude, but he is ripped, athletic, and quick. Ophidian one-on-one against Fire Ant would be a terrific match. 3. Saturyne is a great little athlete, but her abs are unbelievable! We could see the ripples from across the arena 4. Kingston- I've always liked him better as a heel, given his persona and his ring style, but he can work the crowd with the best of them. He had the crowd marking out with repeated chants of "HEAD-LOCK! HEAD-LOCK!" 5. The Main Event was terrific. ACH and Angelosetti went over 25 minutes. Plenty of good comedy spots, especially with Veronica and Hatfield at ringside, but when these two threw down in the ring, the action was outstanding. I expected TD to win the YLC all along, but ACH was great to watch and I hope they sign this guy full time.

Had a great time meeting Troy, Dave and JMello! I loved the first half of the show, but was unfortunately summoned to dinner with my friends and had to take off early.

Hopefully when they come back to Indy, we can hang out again. It was a lot of fun, J.R.

I really want to point out the backdrop on the metal entrance ramp that The Shard took. From my vantage point he hit that ramp a little too far to the side and it was a nasty bump!

I skipped over the posted results (as I do all posted CHIKARA results because I watch all the shows later once they are available on smvod,) but it seem slike tyou guys had a great time at this show.
Last night I just purchased for streaming on smvod this show and the previous show Shoot a Crooked Arrow (I saw about the first half hour of Shoot a Crooked Arrow so far.)
I am hoping to somehow get both of these shows completely watched before the weekend is over (but that will be tough since I also plan to watch ROH's Death Before Dishonor X IIPV on Saturday night and go to Sam's Town for the free Night of Champions PPV showing on Sunday) so I am caught up if they release this weekend's KOT shows next week for streaming on smvod.

Last night I finished watching "Shoot a Crooked Arrow" and then starting last night and finishing this morning I watched all of "Ring of Wax."
Jmello, I did not see Troy or daytondave, but I saw you and your kids in the front row. That fan sitting two seat to your left in the hat and the glasses with the empty seat between you two is Chris. He is a lawyer from Tennessee and he is a major wrestling fan- you often see him in the front row of alot of IPPVs and ROH TV tapings. I drank with Chris in a bar in Phoenix before we saw a DGUSA show the night before Wrestlemania 26 and I just talked to him again two weekends ago in California when we sat in the front row for PWG's BOLA. He was also in the front row back in April when I went to Synergy and I would not be surprised to see him in the front row again tonight for ROH's Death Before Dishonor X IPPV (unless of course he is at King of Trios instead this weekend.)

We were pretty far back so I doubt you'd have seen us. I plan on getting this DVD sometime soon. The show was just too fun.

Both the couple next to us and the family on the other side were very nice. The couple next to us were part of the CHIKARMY and were already in their seats when we got in there. We were 2nd in line and the family on the other side were 3rd in line and we all had a great time. The person Mr. Vegas was speaking of held our seats right away as I took the kids to the bathroom after claiming the seats.
Also on a side note, did they show Chuck Taylor landing in the seat next to us? He hugged us and I had my phone out...at that moment I was responding to a text from Tournamentmaster who had asked how the show was going.

Jmello, I don't remember it, but I would have to go back and check the stream on my account at smvod. However I do remember them showing Tim Donst in the second match landing on the empty seat between you and Chris.
