after Del Rey ripped off Maria's top i should have ordered! it happened under the ring Steen retained over Kingston in the main event which was switched to a no rules match overall, Boiling Point was not as good as Best in the World back in June, but definitely worth the $10 I paid for tonight's IPPV

A couple of guys I know who are die hard ROH fans bought the show and weren't happy with anything but Kingston vs. Steen, which they said wasn't an amazing match by any means. This is the problem with putting on lame duck PPVs out of nowhere and expecting people to pay for it. Had they announced from the offset that the show was a PPV and built more than two matches on TV (and I use the term 'built' loosely), maybe this show would have come off better.

But I didn't fell ripped off having watched it live for $10. And I agree ROH did not build it well. It sort of seems like it was a last minute decision to make this an IPPV?

I think they need to change something and soon. The TV tapings they do are all disjointed, largely the storylines don't carry over from one to the next, they're doing random iPPVs for the sake of doing random iPPVs and not to mention they do post production on FOUR WEEKS OF TV IN ONE NIGHT. This is why the Kenny King situation hasn't been acknowledged on TV yet. Instead of doing an old ECW on TNN Breaking News bulletin, people who aren't any the wiser are now lead to believe the ROH World Tag Team Champion is in TNA. I like ROH, but since the Sinclair stuff has started they've made boneheaded move after boneheaded move when it comes to TV/PPV.

Yeah, doing all the post production at once is inevitably going to cause problems at times. Last night for example it was mentioned on the IPPV that the tag team championship was currently vacant and then on the TV episode that aired later that evening they showed a match with the ANX as the tag team champions. I think instead of doing post production all at once and instead of having some entire TV episodes with matches from IPPVs that many fans already purchased, ROH should only keep some of these IPPV matches in reserve to replace previously taped TV matches that should no longer be aired like the one last night involving the ANX.

I completely agree with you on this.
