Done in the same style as the Briscoes ROH cards were. Defense is strong and finisher ratings are kept low so as to promote longer matches. I based him off the 21 month ROH World Championship reign. Thought about making some other guys to go with him so people could use them with their ROH feds when the set comes out. Also gave Joe what I think is a fitting mechanic for the Rear Naked Choke. Any feedback is appreciated.
*If the opponent is not beaten, roll one die and add the number of opponent's fatigue tokens to the number rolled. On a result of 1-5: The opponent escapes and takes over on Level 2 offense. 6 and above: The opponent attempts to escape but Joe pulls the opponent back in! Roll PIN again. If the opponent is not beaten by this second attempt, assume they counter out of the choke.
