I think my die got the message loud & clear....now all I need is a tragic accident on Ground Zero (maybe crippling knee injuries for all ;D) that claims the careers of EOD, BEX, SUR, HAVOC, ORACLE, ENDGAME, & HARBINGER & things will really be looking up I told you that you would regret passing on Sur in the draft! I heard that you compounded the error by trading Bex for a couple of ringposts too. Maybe you should fire yourself as GM. With a newly-motivated die, make sure that you don't blow anymore personnel decision and you should be fine. I'm the Jerry Jones of the GWF - I simply refuse to acknowledge that there's a problem PAGANAX is the gamble - either he gets a sweet update, or Tom remembers he didn't create him him & he disappears....I'm hoping the other 3 stick around long enough to be useful to me or get traded for something I do need. I will consult you on Friday night before I make my first pick in 2129 (we will find out the first week of May if it will be the #1 or #2 - I have to beat MONOLITH, ENDGAME, END OF DAYS, SUR, ORACLE, THE IMMORTALS, & probably BD ARCANA in a best of 7 - so plan on the #2) & this time I WILL ACTUALLY TAKE YOUR ADVICE ;D

Galaxian Tag: AETHRAN TURMOIL © vs. THE IMMORTALS Much as it is law that AOM must face MONOLITH, ENDGAME, & either HAVOC or now EOD prior to making a month, AT must face THE IMMORTALS w/in 2 weeks of winning a tag belt. AT is actually 4-0 against THE IMMORTALS this period, but two of those were reversed by pin saves… Winner: AETHRAN TURMOIL

As always, a fun read Reno (and Josh!).
Question for you guys: How do y'all handle rematches when the champion loses his (or her) title? Is there an automatic rematch, giving the ex-champ a shot to win back his title? Or, do y'all just play it by ear, and if it was a fun match up between the opponents, you just let 'em go at it again.
Thanks, and I'll keep reading along!

Thanks, and I'll keep reading along! Hey Stu thanks for reading and enjoying The Game! Once a champion loses the title we definitely play it be ear whether we take the rematch or not. Usually if it is a fair clean loss we will bring a new opponent the next week. Or if we feel the champ lost unfairly because of interference or a fluke loss we will usually take a rematch. Or if it is an awesome feud we'll take the rematch and keep the intense matchup going. Anything can happen!

A downright domination by you, Reno! I'm speaking relatively, of course. THE TREESThrough the first 10 weeks of 2128 (2nd half) its 152-134 Josh, or 13.8 - 12.2 weekly average. Removing the CPC/POW & the ONE Award that division accounts for, its 132-128, or 12.0-11.6 weekly. I'm certanly not dominating, hell I'm not even winning, but at least it's about as even as you can be on a week-in/week-out basis on average. THE FORESTI only have the overall lead in 1 division right now (ROH 15-12) & a push in another (GWFZ 50-50). If the Awards period ended today, Josh would win the GWF Wrestler, Tag Team, Extreme Tag & Six-Man Team of the Year, CPC/POW WotY, aCe WotY, Zone Tag, Gangland & a share of Zone Wrestler, & Originals Wrestler. I've got the Rookie, GWF & GWFZ Women's Awards, Zone Women's Tag, Extreme, Death Masque & Tag. I would say that I'm decepitely close this Awards period, as the overall total is relatively even, but Josh has won many more of the important matches than I have. After the Zone draft, I set about taking the Rahl rating system and modifying it to account for our house rules. Since I finished those modifications, I've had the chance to use it twice, the Originals draft & the ROH draft. Since I started posting every match result back in August I have the lead in 2 divisions: ROH & Originals. I think that I am on the track towards improvement, but I'm not sure how to stop consistently losing important matches in 5 shakes or less... As always thank you for reading, and for posting snarky comments that keep me motivated

The modified rankings screamed BEX, BEX, BEX so I had a really hard time moving away from that even though I completetly agreed w/ your logic on drafting SUR. I appreciate the comments, I take this too seriously sometimes (no......really ;D), & your comments always give me a good laugh & remind me why I'm playing, thanks again!
