This is my first attempt to make a card....... I need 2 things please.... 1. Tell me how to make it legal (Changes) 2. What would the Rhal Rating be? First off remove the ag on the lvl 1 move. Also ag or pw dont appear until lvl 2.

so many changes...okay You should only have three charts. The fourth chart should come from either -2 (ch A), -2 (ch B), -3 (ch G), or -3 (ch H) (ag) and (pw) moves should be on 3, 4, 5, 6 on level 1 offense or move 1 on level 2 offense.
(ch D) (ch E) (ch G) (ch H) always with level 3 moves (ch A) (ch B) (ch C) (ch F) always with level 2 moves
(tag) moves need to match their defense so level 1 defense dazed-1 (tag) level 2 defense hurt-2 (tag) level 3 defense down-3 (tag)
why is the tag finisher weaker than the singles finisher?

Troy what are the guidelines to doing finishers to not make them overpowered? Like if he has one finisher its okay to have up to a +6, but if he has more than one you cant have above a +3 for each one?

I just found the Card creation guideline....... i think its ok now but not sure.
why is the tag finisher weaker than the singles finisher?
I did not know i could make it higher than the one on l3 #6 i will change that, thanks Troy.
I will make the finisher change and repost

swap 5 and 6. Still need to adjust the charts.
the easiest way is to do this
level 2 offense 1. move-2 2. move-2 3. move-2 (ch A)
then level 3 offense 1. deathjump (c) 2. out of the ring (c) 3. move-3 4. move-3 5. singles finisher 6. tag team finisher

Self-restraint is all that keeps you from giving a character two +4 finishers, or a +4 and a +6 tag finisher, or whatever. Typically for most human type characters you'll never see a straight +6; there is virtually always some sort of game mechanic involved that allows for the move to be less powerful or miss entirely. Again there is no official "rule", though.
