So with my playing habits having changed, I pretty much am only playing Chikara. However I am very interested in NWA Hollywood and and ROH. I know some of you use the cards from NWA in their Chikara Feds. Is anyone running an NWA AND a CHIKARA Fed concurrently in the same timeline so to speak?
When I was playing Legends and it got to the point where I was useing over 70 wrestlers, I split them into various seperate concurrent feds. I did this because I wanted the potential for crossovers. That's kind of what I want now. I eventually became overwhelmed with keeping up and that led to me stopping playing.
I want NWA guys to show up for the Young Lions Cup and the ROH Champion to make apearances in NWA.
So I guess what I am asking is if anyone does this, how do you run it? One fed log that has events for all your feds? Run them all seperatly and just amkes sure you are up to date on them all? One set of rankings for the whole world? Etc?
I guess this isn't rocket science, I'm just looking for ideas before I order the NWA set so I can set a plan in motion.

My game has always been one continuous timeline. All my feds are in the that same timeline. I date each show, keep a roster of who is where and move people around now and then. For my game each fed runs one tv show per week on a specific day. Each fed has their own ppvs and then there are joint ppvs where I use people from all of the feds.

Talison:
Have you ever considered running multiple feds "highlight-style"? By this, I mean playing only the title matches and maybe one top feud match of each fed you're running.
Believe it or not, this works quite well. For a great example of it, visit Reno's "The Game" thread, which is his fed in the COTG fed threads.
I've done it myself, it allows for a great way to experience multiple feds, without getting bogged down in actually running a very deep, involved fed.
Just a thought.

Stu, I'm was thinking of that just today. Focusing on Chikara with the occasional NWA card or eluding to NWA history when the NWA guys are Chikara cards.

Honestly, I could see a day and time where that's the only way I played...title matches for multiple feds making up one card of action, i.e. highlights from around the world of wrestling.
There's so much good stuff out there these days, both in the COTG world and in the LOW/LOTF world, that I may not want to limit myself to just a couple of feds.
But...yes...this would work well to play one in-depth fed, and then play a card where you feature the title matches from many other feds in your "universe".

I know some of you use the cards from NWA in their Chikara Feds. Is anyone running an NWA AND a CHIKARA Fed concurrently in the same timeline so to speak? I currently use all of the NWA Hollywood color cards in my CHIKARA fed Lachikaras Vegas. I definitely plan on also doing a NWA Hollywood fed too (I might call it NWA Las Vegas,) but for now I plan on using the NWA Hollywood cards (they are going to be the Indy cards I use the most) in Lachikaras Vegas and also in my upcoming Indy feds Combat Vegas Wrestling and Ring of Vegas. As you can tell, in my game's universe, my hometown of Las Vegas is the capital of Indy wrestling. I want NWA guys to show up for the Young Lions Cup and the ROH Champion to make apearances in NWA. So I guess what I am asking is if anyone does this, how do you run it? In some of my different Indy feds, I am going to have some of the wrestlers be regulars in more than 1 fed just like many Indy wrestlers are regulars in more than 1 Indy fed in real life (Kevin Steen is even the current champion of both ROH and PWG.) I plan on running my Indy feds this way: 1) play Ring of Vegas (which will include the NWA Hollywood wrestlers) in real time (1 TV episode/week and 1 IPPV/month.) 2) while playing Ring of Vegas in real time, in my spare time also rotate between playing a season of Lachikars Vegas (about 25 shows/season for me,) playing a year of Combat Vegas Wrestling (about 12 shows/year for me,) playing some of my upcoming NWA Hollywood fed, and playing a few months of my LOW fed Major League Wrestling and its developmental fed Vegas Wrestling Guerrilla. 3) my Ring of Vegas fed will have occasional Supercard of Vegas shows (named after ROH's Supercard of Honor shows) where wrestlers in Lachikaras Vegas and Combat Vegas Wrestling (such as my Grand Champion and my CVW Champion) who are not also regulars in Ring of Vegas will make guest appearances. They will probably also make other occasional guest appearances in Ring of Vegas too.

::)I think you are obsessed with Vegas Once RoH, and CZW come out, and I pick up NWAH, I plan to integrate some of them into my current Chikara fed, and then start a second fed which will combine the leftovers and some other LOTF cards and a few bootlegs.

::)I think you are obsessed with Vegas Well, I actually live in Las Vegas. Las Vegas is my hometown and it has been for the past 13 years (I moved here in August of 1999 because UNLV gave me the best offer for graduate school.) In my personal game universe, I guess I just really like having all of these great Indy feds based in my hometown as it is the area of the country I personally know the best.

I was planning to hold out till all sets are released then maybe purchase them and just put them all together in one fed. I'm hoping for more LOW sets though.
