BREAKING NEWS:The Secret Service details assigned to protect presidential candidates Hilary Clinton and Donald Trump during their first debate moderated by Joey Ryan have accidentally been flown to the wrong Las Vegas! Instead of flying to Las Vegas, Nevada, the Secret Service accidentally flew to Las Vegas, New Mexico and now they can not get a connecting flight in time to make The Sound of Violence. as a result, DJ Hyde says Hilary Clinton will now be protected at the CVW debate by Team Tremendous, Supercop Dick Justice, and the Nation of Intoxication. Hyde also said Donald Trump (who says he will "Make CVW Bleed Again") will now be protected at the CVW debate by The Front, Reno Scum, and Joe Gacy. This is going to be amazing. Make CVW Bleed Again had me rolling. I am really looking forward to The Sound of Violence.

It is now time for the start of The Sound of Violence!
Combat Vegas Wrestling (CVW) Show #22: The Sound of Violence Sam's Town late October, Year 2 (First Half of show)
Preshow Match: Greg Excellent defeated Cheeseburger
- Excellent won via his TIGER DRIVER to avenge the preshow loss he suffered against Cheeseburger last month at BYOB-Bring Your Own Blood.
tonight's commentators: Excalibur and Steve Corino
Match #1: Chri$ Ca$h defeated Rickey Shane Page, Chris Dickinson, and Ricky Starks in a Vegas Traditional Opening 4 way Elimination match
- RSP pinned Dickinson via ROLLING ELBOW
- Starks put away RSP via a sleeper hold
- Ca$h defeated Starks by countout
- as a result, Ca$h gets an upcoming #1 contender's match for the Wired Championship.
- afterward, furious about getting counted out, Starks threw a tantrum
Match #2: Beaver Boys (accompanied by Brittany Blake) defeated Drew Gulak and Orange Cassidy (both accompanied by Kimber Lee)
- Alex Reynolds pinned Cassidy via a deathjump as the Beaver Boys continue their recent run of success in CVW
Match #3: Danny Havoc, Devon Moore, and Lucky tHURTeen defeated Donovan Dijak, Joey "Diesel" Daddieggo, and Martin Stone (all accompanied by Sozio)
- this battle in the ongoing feud between the NOI and The Front was won by the NOI when Havoc put Stone away via TOTAL HAVOC.
- afterward, Sozio entered the ring and repeatedly attacked Havoc with a pair of brass knuckles as the other members of The Front battled with Moore and Lucky tHURTeen until someone with a wrench ran in to make the save. Havoc introduced this person as the NOI's protege "The Wrench" Conor Claxton and said now the NOI is even with The Front at 4 members each!
Match #4: 2 Cold Scorpio defeated Rob Van Dam by DQ
- in this matchup between 2 members of Team Extreme, RVD was DQd for the VAN TERMINATOR
- afterward, RVD said this type of result won't happen once Vegas Warfare finally begins in CVW
Match #5: Sami Callihan (accompanied by BJ Whitmer and the Crists) defeated Samuray Del Sol
- the match of the night so far, Del Sol had Callihan in serious trouble until Callihan pulled out the victory after 3 straight Forearm 2 Remembers.
- afterward, the other members of OI4K entered the ring to attack Del Sol but Team Extreme appeared to chase them away.
Match #6: Necro Butcher defeated Matt Tremont in a ladder match in match #4 of their best of 7 ultraviolence series
- Necro Butcher won and now has a commanding 3-1 lead in the series.
End of First Half. Second Half posted next.

Combat Vegas Wrestling (CVW) Show #22: The Sound of Violence Silverton Casino late October, Year 2 (Second Half of show, First Half is posted above)
Match #7: Team Tremendous and Dick Justice defeated Reno Scum and Joe Gacy in a Las Vegas street fight match
- a good match that actually saw Reno Scum and Gacy score most of the pinfall attempts but this grudge match was won by Team Tremendous and Justice when Bill Carr pinned Gacy via his CARR-NADIAN DESTROYER.
Match #8: Masada defeated Matt Riddle (accompanied by Rock Riddle)
- Riddle had control of this match early and had Masada in trouble until Masada started repeatedly throwing Riddle out of the ring where Riddle found himself out of his element compared to Masada. Masada won the match by throwing Riddle out of the ring and then, as Riddle crawled back under the ropes, hitting Riddle with MASADMIZER for the victory as Riddle failed in his quest to make an ultraviolence wrestler like Masada tap out to his (Riddle's) technical wrestling ability.
Match #9: Wired Champion "Sick" Nick Mondo defeated "Dirty" Andy Dalton
- Dalton had Mondo in serious trouble and several times seemed on the verge of winning the Wired Championship. Mondo, however, survived 4 pinfall attempts and won via his ASSAULT DRIVER to retain the Wired Championship.
Match #10: CVW Tag Team Champions Briscoes defeated Roppongi Vice in a tornado match
- First Fall: Mark Briscoe pinned Rocky Romero after DUAL SUPERKICKS.
- Second Fall: Roppongi Vice controlled most of the action but the Briscoes again prevailed as Jay Briscoe pinned Romero after a SLINGSHOT LARIAT
- as a result, Briscoes win 2-0 to retain the CVW Tag Team Championship
- afterward, the Briscoes were jumped and attacked by two large men who afterward identified themselves as Da Hit Squad!
Match #11: Kevin Steen defeated CVW Champion Drake Younger in a steel cage match
- a violent match that saw both Younger and Steen bleeding heavily, Younger put up alot of resistance and kicked out of 6 pin attempts but Steen won after he hit Younger with a powerbomb into the side of the cage for the victory. {Promoter's Note: the winning move was actually powerbomb onto ring apron but I had to modify the move description due to the steel cage making the move as written impossible in this case.}
- as a result, Steen is the new CVW Champion!
Match #12: Jon Moxley defeated Tyler Black in a barbed wire steel cage match
- in this match, both Moxley and Black were dripping blood after being thrown into the barbed wire on the side of the steel cage. The match ended when Black went for a suicide dive at Moxley but Moxley dodged out of the way and Black landed head first into the barbed wire on the side of the cage. Moxley then put Black away via a piledriver.
- as a result, Moxley wins this feud against his former Shield tag team partner Black who appears to be injured as a result of the match.
End of Show.

Sound of Violence was exceptional from start to finish... Great blowoff for the Moxley vs Black feud inside a barbed wire cage... And very cool that Steen emerged with the CVW title...
Stoked to see Sick Nick continuing his run as Wired champion, despite an excellent effort by Dirty Andy...
Da Hit Squad are trying to make a name for themselves by attacking the tag champs... But, I'm wondering if they fully did their research before making such a choice... The Briscoes are not likely to let that go...
Other highlight moments were Callihan's victory over Del Sol... And Ca$h outlasting the opposition in the traditional four-way opener...
Awesome stuff, as always!

I will add that I liked the debut of Da Hit Squad and the way that you improvised the power bomb onto ring apron into a power bomb into the cage spot.

Another solid show from start to finish. Enjoyed the double main event in particular.
I think the squad might have bitten off more than they can handle with the Briscoe Bros.

The Sound of Violence was a great show! So happy that Steen won the CVW Title and that Moxley finally got rid of Tyler Black. Man The Briscoes are not going to be in a good mood and I am sure will tear Da Hit Squad apart. Great stuff as usual!

Thanks for the comments from Pariah, cruefan68, bookerbill, and Cman.
I am looking forward to seeing how Da Hit Squad do against the Briscoes who have now held the CVW Tag Team Championship for 10 game months (they won it at Cage of Death at the end of Year 1.)
