Throughout the 80s, Tully Blanchard was widely regarded as one of the best all around wrestlers in the world. While lacking standout size, his work ethic, ring psychology, intensity level and promo skills were at a world class level. Through a combination of poor choices and bad luck, he found himself essentially blackballed from the two major U.S. promotions by late '89. His life story from then on is an interesting one. Today he seems to be healthier and happier than many who remained inside the business far longer, and these videos show his speaking skills still remain top notch!

Haven't viewed the links yet (won't play on my phone for some reason), but I had heard that he became a pastor, and although he got a divorce from his wife, and Magnum T.A. married his ex and is raising his kids, Magnum is also a born again Christian now, and they are good friends that have dinner regularly. Kind of a cool story involving two guys that feuded heavily in the 80s.
