I know Tensai weighs well over 300 lbs and I know Ryback picked him up on Smackdown but that was a epic fail on Raw. N I feel Ryback should be no where near the ring when CM Punk is in there.

Am I the only one who sees a little Heidenreich in Ryback? I'm pretty sure there's a "Feed Me More" joke in there, but I just can't put it to words.

I think so, pikemojo.
"The Game", I think you're more than a little harsh there. I don't want to explain too much, but the fact that he can't hoist a blown up 300-plus pound guy has NOTHING to do with whether or not he should be in the ring with CM Punk. Dead weight is dead weight. Is Ryback getting a reaction?* If so, then that's the only determining factor.
* Seriously, I don't know. This match you posted is the most I've seen of a WWE show in months. He was still squashing guys with no name last time I watched a full show.

Well thats not the only reason I saw that. I know he'll never be the best "wrestler" around. That's not his style of course. But he's supposed to be a beast and cant fulfill that role. Cena lifted Big Show. So if that's going to be your gimmick you better come through when the spot light's on you. But the reason I say that is because he heasnt had enough build up or had a significant feud to be thrown into the championship picture.
BTW your right he's getting a positive reaction n that's all that matters I guess

I thought it was an epic fail too. It made him look really bad. It doesn't matter at all if Tensai didn't help him by "jumping" or whatever or not. That's kayfabe that only a small % of the audience would understand. It looked to me that Ryback never got himself into the correct position for the lift anyways. Point blank, he failed to deliver on the big spot of the match and it's probably going to cost him. Vince is obviously sticking his neck out for this guy, putting him in the main event so quickly, and he coughed it up last night. I really wonder of that's the last we ever see of that move from Ryback.

Yeah, people have been comparing him to Goldberg, but Goldberg could lift big guys up And Hold Them Up for several seconds. Also Goldberg had a more-varied moveset.
They should modify Ryback's style to include more gound moves if he's going to have this much trouble with someone larger. A lariat just doesn't cut it, not in the long term anyway.

i can't believe they're shoving him into that spot so quickly, but no doubt Punk will carry the match. And hell as much as i don't think of Goldberg...he was built up for like 8 or 9 months before he faced hogan. Ryback has had like 2 months?

Yeah, Goldberg was built up for a long time and held the US title prior to ever getting a shot at the World Title. On top of that people loved Goldberg and he developed a pretty good personality. I don't really feel that the comparisons have been fair but that is sort of what WWE is trying to create. Skip just doesn't have the look to me. He is big and ripped but his face is a little goofy and he looks like he stole one of RVD's old singlets and the whole "feed me more" bit is not the same as having a developed personality.

So if that's going to be your gimmick you better come through when the spot light's on you. To be a marketable power wrestler, you definitely have to pull through in those moments, especially when you are handed a two minute squash with just a handful of spots. I'll always remember when Goldberg was handed the ball and did the Jackhammer on The Giant. It still holds up to this day. Watch the fans rise to their feet: Big Show is an amazing bump taker for a man his size. If there is any real money to be made with this Ryback, he's going to have to get to the level where he can consistently pull off the types of power spots that Brock, Goldberg and Cena are seen doing here during their programs with the big man:
