Alex Karras, Who was a football player with the Detroit Lions from 1958–1962 and 1964–1970, an actor noted for his role as Mongo in the 1974 comedy film Blazing Saddles, and for starring in the ABC sitcom Webster from 1983 to 1987, and a professional wrestler from 1958 to 1959 and returned to wrestling in 1963 and had a feud with Dick the Bruiser, passed away on October 10, 2012 at the age of 77
