My LOW fed Major League Wrestling (MLW) has a new arena being built in downtown Las Vegas where they are going to have all their episodes of RAW, Smackdown, Minor League Wrestling, and PPVs.
The name of this arena is called The Major League Wrestling Arena and was originally scheduled to open in October but is now set to open for my fed's Summer Slam PPV on August 17th because construction has gone much quicker than expected.
These are some of the guest-friendly features of the Major League Wrestling Arena:
Parking: All parking for Major League Wrestling events is free. To access your free parking, park in the adjoining The Major League Wrestling Parking Garage and have a member of The Major League Wrestling Arena's staff validate your ticket.
Tickets: There are two seating levels (lower and upper) in The Major League Wrestling Arena. All tickets in the lower level and higher level ("the bleacher creatures") are $25 and $15 respectively for episodes of RAW, Smackdown, and Minor League Wrestling and $75 and $50 respectively for each PPV except Wrestlemania for which all tickets are $200 and $100 respectively. Fans attending PPVs get a 20% discount on all Major League Wrestling merchandise.
In addition, fans can also buy season tickets that includes a 1 year lower level seating access to every episode of RAW, Smackdown, Minor League Wrestling, and all PPVs including Wrestlemania and the 4 day annual Sammartino Invitational for only $3,500.
Gambling: Sports books will be located throughout The Major League Wrestling Arena where fans can bet on the matches. Parlay bets will also be accepted. But once the bell sounds to signal the start of a match, no more action on that match will be accepted.
In addition, Major League Wrestling has reached an agreement with the casinos in the surrounding downtown Fremont Street area by which fans 21 years and older (must show valid ID) who purchase lower level seats will receive a card with $10 credit on it they can insert into any of the area's slot machines. The way the cards are programmed is that they can't be cashed out until they've at least had $10 wagered on them, but what other wrestling promotion allows adults in attendance to get some of their ticket money back and possibly even make a profit in the process?
Food and Drink: All beer at all regular concession stands in the Major League Wrestling Arena costs $1. In addition to the typical concession stands, The Major League Wrestling Arena also has stands for the following fast food restaurants: Tommy's, In N Out Burger, Sonic, and Del Taco.
In addition, The Major League Wrestling Arena also has the following restaurants open before, during, after, and even on non-wrestling event days: ESPN Zone (making this the 2nd location in Las Vegas as there is also one at New York New York on The Strip), Gardunos, and the first-ever full-scale Sin City Brewing Company brewery and restaurant.
More features of The Major League Wrestling Arena may be announced later.
