Way to go, Ken! I have been following your weight loss pretty much since you started, as it motivated me to drop some pounds myself this summer (at GalactiCon, a few people may recall me eating tons of cottage cheese, cold cuts, and hard boiled eggs instead of the sloppy joes), and I have seen that a lot of other people in this community have taken similar steps. I told you while I was cutting my weight that your progress was very inspirational to me, and it still is.
Rob, you're totally right about the stuff the weight lifting community has known all along. Low fat, low carb, high protein, high veggies - definitely the way to go. I have a few simple yet tasty recipes that fit that mode that I have fallen back on regularly if anyone wants them.
Keep it up, Ken. It only gets harder from here when you've already accomplished so much now, but look in the mirror, see your results, and keep on going!!
