CZW belts

Since Chikara belts were requested and I did a page for those, I figured I may as well do one for CZW as well. CZW made this incredibly easy by having the belt images on their title history page. I even added the retired belts to give some variety and options.

EDIT: I just printed a test copy and they look good. The only problem is that I didn't fix a line of text at the top, so it reads "Chikara" instead of CZW. The important part (the belts) prints and looks fine. Now I just have to figure out a way to use the "New Horror championship" somewhere, sometime. That is a great belt name.
