After printing on my home computer, do I need cut the cards apart before I take them to Staples for printing on cardstock? I've never done this before.
This is probably a really stupid question...lol.

No. Print them at Staples on cardstock. Make sure you have the attendant at Staples print out a sample copy of a PDF first to make sure they are lined up right before you print out the rest. If the templates do not feed through correctly, you'll end up with having the stats face upside down, but the Staples guy can figure it out.
You can cut them out after they've been printed out on cardstock. Most stores have paper cutters on site for your use.

Good advice, Chewey. I believe he is also wondering how to get the file to the Staples for printing. I would suggest putting a copy of the file onto a disc, flash drive, or something of that nature and taking that.
Actually, for the black and white cards I just print my own at home using "best" setting. They look very close to the "real" printed cards, but to get them to that next level taking them to the printers is good (but does cost a little more).
