my Seattle Seahawks drafted Russell Wilson at the 75th spot in the most recent draft In his rookie year, do you think Russell Wilson is a good starting QB? I think he is, so I voted Yes!

Best QB in the NFC West right now (called it in preseason). With the rise of Colin Kapernick, the West has a really bright future. Just imagine if the Rams had stayed at 2 and taken RG3!

the Seahawks play the Cardnals today
while the Seahawks expertly selected Wilson in the 3rd round of the draft, the Cardinals traded away a Pro Bowl CB, traded away a 2nd round pick, and gave over $20 million guaranteed so they could get Kevin Kolb.
How do you spell dumb ass?

How do you spell dumb ass? C A R D I N A L S In the Cards defense, franchise focal point Larry Fitzgerald was campaigning hard for Kolb at the time. IMO he deserves at least partial blame. Andrew Luck is the real deal and will probably be around for 10+ years as a star. RG3 is Vick part 2. Electrifying player, but he can only take so many hits. The Skins are also playing a college O right now to suit him. This combo can't last forever. The question then becomes can Rg3 evolve, or is he stuck in the offense because he's not smart enough to handle a complex playbook? Only time with tell. Russell Wilson is like a hybrid of the two. he has Luck's smarts and RG3's ability. But he looks for the WR before looking to run. He's committed to becoming a pocket passer and keeping his legs as a last ditch effort weapon. Watching how these develop over the next few years (as well as how the Rams and Cards handle their QB's positions considering they both have some QB issues, and both could have easily had either of these guys) is one of the better story lines in the NFL imo.

Just watch, the Cards will smoke the Lions next week, LOL. It wouldn't surprise me at all.
Seattle is my 2nd team. I really like them and dig Wilson too. I hope you guys blaze through the playoffs and make the SB.

PS How about them Seahawks...Destroyed the Cards Seahawks 58, Cardinals 0Yeah, I was really happy about how the Seahawks dismantled the Cardinals who are just an absolute mess right now. Seahawks improve to 6-0 in the loudest stadium in the NFL!

With today's victory by 58 points and with last week's impressive comeback in Chicago, the Seahawks are definitely playing their best football at the right time in December. I really hope the Seahawks make the playoffs this year. 3 games to go- one on the road in Toronto against the Bills, 2 at home (where they are 6-0) against St. Louis and San Francisco. Right now they are 5th in the NFC with head to head tie breakers in their favor against Chicago, Minnesota, and Dallas because they defeated all of those teams this year.

Wilson reminds me a lot of Doug Flutie. Not just because they're both fun sized, but because of his ability to make things happen.
