LOTF 1 and LOTF second fall- John Koratzanis
LOTF trios- Steve Stanley
LOTF special edition cards were done by various artists, with Werner Mueck doing the bulk of them as I recall. I think Steve Stanley, Travis Heckel, and Sonny Strait also contributed a few cards apiece (Stanley's as part of the LOTF Trios pacakge deal; I don't think those cards are sold separately)
