I'm wondering about the LOWER AGILITY on the LOotR Chart. Say Opponent A has a -1 ag and Opponent B's ag is -2, which means Opponent A has a Lower Agility or is it the other way around?

Opponent B has the lower Agility rating.

-2 is the one with the advantage. It could have read "if you have better" agility and been more clear, I suppose. The idea is that if the wrestler on the floor is more agile, the opponent trying the dive will miss.
