FROM LORDS OF PAIN and WWE.COM After losing the Divas Title, Eve Torres announced during an interview on the WWE App during tonight's episode of RAW that she was quitting the company. This is her exit from the company.

i don't know what to make of the"Diva's " Division. in the last few months they've lost Eve, Kelly, and Beth Phoenix, probably their 3 top stars. Plus Maryse earlier last year...and the Bella's.. How many Diva's can you name right now?

Natalya, Kaitlyn, AJ, Tamina Snuka, Layla and Rosa Mendez. I think that might really be it.

I will be very sad to see Eve go. As far as the Divas division goes, last night proves my theory that they all get the belt at least once. The Divas aren't whores, the belt is cuz it gets used by everybody at least once before they're done lol.
Anyway, Eve had certain qualities that will definitely be missed....

Hmmm Sara may get up quickly if they don't just use her as a trainer. Clear why they hired her though. They'll need some people to replace the girls.
Of course, it shows the issue of hiring women who are not in it for wrestling. When they get a better offer, they'll take it and leave.

Divas are the weakest link right now. All the names listed that are left are blah to me. I do like Timina Snuka though. Maybe the only one with real talent in the division.

While it sucks to lose anyone in the Diva's Division this last year or so has seemed to have weeded out the women who don't want to be there. Eve is leaving to start a family and for that I can't blame her. Kelly Kelly & the Bella's were more interested in modeling opportunities it seems, same with Maryse and couple of others.
The women left in addition to women like Paige & Sara Del Rey who are down in NXT could really augment the division on the whole as I feel the in ring quality of matches between the remaining women should really help the division out.
Now if only the WWE would give the Women story lines and decent match time. I would love to see Natayla/Kaitlyn/AJ & Tamina go out and get the time for their matches that Women like Trish/Lita/Ivory etc use to get.

Natalya is the only one left that I care for... not that I cared for Eve Torres.

Eve had an impressive run. Even at the high end, the lifespan of a WWE Diva is shorter than it is for male talent. At this point she's developed a name, has established a proven level of crossover appeal and will be marrying into a family where her talents can be marketed globally. I'm sure she'll do just fine. Gracie Women Empowered, featuring Eve Torres:
