now, with just 4 days to go until ROV's biggest event of the Summer- High Rollers, it is time for the next episode of ROV TV!

In the Ring: ROV matchmaker Nigel McGuinness is in the ring talking about High Rollers whenhe is suddenly interrupted by Mike Bennett accompanied by Maria and Brutal Bob

- Bennett says he will now announce the news he whispered backstage to Maria last week on ROV TV- he has been signed by VNA (Vegas Nonstop Action!)

- Bennett continues by saying that, unlike Jay Lethal (who has also been signed by VNA,) he cannot wait to get out of this second class fed called ROV and he is counting the days until his contract is up so he can officially leave for VNA and he is taking both Maria and Brutal Bob with him (this causes the crowd to cheer loudly.)

- Bennett is then interrupted by Homicide. Homicide says he once wrestled for VNA but he is personally happier wrestling for ROV as VNA is not as nice as people sometimes think.

- Bennett and Homicide then exchange words and get in each other's face until McGuinness interjects to say that Bennett's ROV contract is not up until June 15th which makes him available to wrestle at High Rollers on June 14th where he will wrestle Homicide in a Sin City Street Fight!

- Bennett then attempts a cheap shot on Homicide who responds by unloading upon Bennett and, in a possible preview of things to come in their Sin City street fight match at High Rollers, Bennett and Homicide brawl their way toward the back

Match #1: American Wolves defeated S.C.U.M. by DQ

- 4 days before these two tag team enemies wrestle in ROV's first-ever ladder match at High Rollers where the American Wolves must break up if they lose and S.C.U.M. must leave ROV if they lose, this standard nevertheless grudge tag team match ended in DQ when the referee caught Steve Corino using a foreign object on Davey Richards

- however, the TV announcers point out, at High Rollers there will be a definitive winner between these two tag teams as DQs are not possible in ladder matches

Backstage: Scorpio Sky and 2 Cold Scorpio agree to have Match 4 of their best of 7 Scorpio vs Scorpio series take place at High Rollers! can Scorpio Sky, with a current 3-0 series lead, win this series in a 4-0 sweep at High Rollers?

Match #2: Wrestling's Greatest Tag Team and the Young Bucks defeated ROV Tag Team Champions the Briscoes and Future Shock

- in this match pitting a set of tag team opponents at High Rollers against another set of tag team opponents at High Rollers, the end came when Charlie Haas put away one of WGTT's enemies Kyle O'Reilly after LEAP OF FAITH

- afterward, Shelton Benjamin again got on the microphone to say that tonight's result is further proof that it should be WGTT (who will receive a future tag title shot if they defeat the Young Bucks at High Rollers) receiving the next tag title shot against the Briscoes instead of their enemies Future Shock.

Backstage:
the All Sleaze Express (Joey Ryan and Rhett Titus) are seen having watched the previous 8 man tag match

- Ryan tells Titus that after they defeat one set of tag team champions (WOV Tag Team Champions the Women of Violence- LuFisto and Christina Von Eerie) at High Rollers it will be time to defeat another set of tag team champions- whoever has the ROV Tag Team Championship after High Rollers.

Match #3: ROV TV Champion Bryan Danielson defeated Dasher Hatfield (accompanied by Mike Quackenbush) in a non-title match

- Hatfield, a tecnico in Lachikaras Vegas, was the mystery Lachikaras Vegas wrestler scheduled to wrestle Danielson tonight and was accompanied by Quackenbush who at High Rollers wrestles Danielson in a non-title match

- the Code of Vegas was followed by both participants at the start of this match

- Danielson won via his TRIANGLE CHOKE

Backstage: Willie Mack, who lost to Lethal in the opening match at Non Negotiables, asks Lethal for a rematch at High Rollers saying it would be an honor to be Lethal's final ROV opponent before Lethal departs for VNA. Lethal accepts Mack's request for a rematch at High Rollers!

1. Kevin Steen and El Generico vs ROV Champion Roderick Strong and Adam Pearce in an elimination match for the ROV Championship
2. ROV TV Champion Bryan Danielson vs Mike Quackenbush (non-title match)
3. American Wolves vs S.C.U.M. in a ladder match (if Wolves lose , they must break up. if S.C.U.M. lose, they must leave ROV!)
4. Future Shock vs ROV Tag Team Champions the Briscoes
5. Young Bucks vs Wrestling's Greatest Tag Team
6. Jay Lethal vs Willie Mack (Lethal's final ROV match before leaving for VNA)
7. Homicide vs Mike Bennett in a Sin Citry Street Fight (Bennett's final ROV match before leaving for VNA)
8. ROV matchmaker Nigel McGuinness vs Tommaso Ciampa
9. Scorpio Sky vs 2 Cold Scorpio in Match 4 of their Scorpio vs Scorpio sereis
10. WOV Tag Team Champions Women of Violence vs All Sleaze Express (non-title match)

Match #4: ROV Champion Roderick Strong and Adam Pearce (accompanied by Truth Martini and the Hoopla Hotties- Jessie McKay and Courtney Rush) defeated Kevin Steen and El Generico

- 4 days before these 4 men meet in a tag elimination match for the ROV Championship in the main event at High Rollers, the House of Truth team left victorious when Strong pinned Generico after a SICK KICK.

- but as Strong and Pearce get their hands raised in victory, the ROV TV announcers once again wonder aloud how will Pearce work with Strong at High Rollers if Pearce senses an opportunity to grab the ROV Championship for himself?

Too bad Dasher failed to beat Danielson, but I'm glad WGTT & Young Bucks came out on top. It'll be interesting to see what's next with VNA and the talent in ROV...

I've been really busy closing out my calendar work year and then making a quick trip to Texas but High Rollers has been played out and I hope to start posting the results tomorrow -provided I make it home to Las Vegas ( I'm currently stranded in Houston where my connecting flight from San Antonio and to Las Vegas has been cancelled.)

I'm back home in Las Vegas now.

After my flight got cancelled in Houston last night because the airline (United) reportedly did not have a crew for the plane, I was placed on stand by for a possible later flight. However, since most of the passengers on my originally planned flight were also now put on standby too and I didn't talk to customer service until after most of them due to my first flight just arriving from San Antonio, I did not like my chances for getting out last night night.

But I got really lucky as there were enough mis-connects (people not making their connecting flights in time) that it opened up alot of seats and my name was actually the very last standby name called for the very last plane out of Houston last night to Las Vegas.

I still intend to post the first half of High Rollers later tonight!

(First Half of show)

Pre Show: C&C Wrestle Factory defeated Shane Hollister and Robert Anthony

- Hollister and Anthony put up a good fight but C&C Wrestle Factory won when Cedric Alexander pinned Hollister after a Sky Fall Frog Splash

Match #1: Wrestling's Greatest Tag Team defeated the Young Bucks

- WGTT won this opening match when Shelton Benjamin pinned Matt Jackson after PAY DIRT to win a tag title shot later this summer

Match #2: 2 Cold Scorpio defeated Scorpion Sky in Match 4 of their Scorpio vs Scorpio series

- 2 Cold Scorpio denied Scorpio Sky a chance to win this series with a 4-0 sweep when he won this match via his SCORPIO SPLASH for his first win in this series which is now 3-1 in favor of Scorpio Sky

- can 2 Cold Scorpio somehow make an incredible comeback form his original 3-0 deficit to win this Scorpio vs Scorpio series?

Match #3: WOV Tag Team Champions Women of Violence (LuFisto and Christina Von Eerie) defeated the All Sleaze Express in a non-title match

- Joey Ryan at the start of this match seemed to look forward to putting his moves and holds on the Women of Violence but things changed quickly and not in his favor

- at one point the "Missionary of Violence" LuFisto threw Ryan out onto the floor and proceeded to grab a chair and Ryan yelled out "What are you doing? I'm not hardcore!" before getting hit with the steel chair as the referee's attention was diverted elsewhere by CVE.

- at another point in the match, Ryan tried to get away with giving LuFisto a low blow- but it had no effect on her.

- the match ended when CVE pinned Ryan via a deathjump

Match #4: Mike Bennett (accompanied by Brutal Bob and Maria) defeated Homicide in a Sin City Street Fight

- when Bennett, who as announced last week on ROV TV is about to leave ROV for VNA, entered the ring he seemed to expect streamers but instead was hit with thrown cups of beer

- after getting pelted with booze, before the match started, an irate Bennett told the crowd that unlike Jay Lethal (who is also leaving for VNA after tonight) he is glad this is his last match in ROV so he can wrestle in VNA before smarter fans and this comment earned him a cascade of boos and more thrown beers until Homicide silently entered the ring and attacked Bennett from behind to start this street fight!

- some of the highlights of this street fight included Homicide smashing a video monitor over the head of Bennett and Bennett at one point viciously choking Homicide with some video cables.

- the end of this match came when Brutal Bob grabbed from under the ring a steel pipe and tossed it to Bennett who, as Maria diverted Homicide's attention, smashed it over the head of Homicide and then hit PHOTO FINISH for the win while putting his feet on the ropes for extra leverage as the referee (who saw Bennett's feet on the ropes but was unable to do anything about it due to the street fight rules) counted 3.

- afterward, as the crowd booed in disgust and chanted "please don't come back, please don't come back," Bennett grabbed the microphone and told them "to paraphrase Davey Crockett before he left to join the defenders in Texas at the Alamo- You can all go to hell and I will go to VNA”

- suddenly the crowd roared in approval as Homicide snuck up on Maria from behind and ripped off her shirt and her bra. as Maris quickly used her arms and Brutal Bob's jacket to cover her exposed breasts, Bennett quickly ran off with Maria in embarrasment in his departure from ROV.

Match #5: Willie Mack defeated Jay Lethal

- before his last ROV match before leaving for VNA, Lethal was showered with many orange and white streamers

- a really good match which ended with Mack avenging his defeat to Lethal at Non Negotiables when he got the victory via a CHOCOLATE THUNDER BOMB

- afterward, Mack said he really respects Lethal and to prove this instead of having as customary the defeated wrestler (Lethal) offer the handshake for the Code of Vegas he (Mack) the winner instead would be offering the Code of Vegas to the loser and held out his hand which Lethal graciously accepted.

- afterward, Lethal said a heartfelt goodbye to the ROV crowd and said perhaps one day he may be back to wrestle for them again

A huge statement by Too Cold Scorpio in sweeping Scorpio Sky in the Scorpio versus Scorpio showdown. Too bad Lethal lost his last ROV match, but it's good to see the Prodigy win his final bout...

I am watching on iPPV and waiting for intermission to end. A great first half of action and I was happy to see 2 Cold Scorpio pick up a crucial win against Scorpio Sky. Can he come back down 3-1? That was quite a contrast in departures for Mike Bennett and Jay Lethal. It was shocking to see Bennett over Homicide before leaving for VNA (and damn why did my feed cut out when Maria got exposed! ) but I was happy to see Willie Mack pick up a big win over Lethal followed by a class act. Looking forward to the second half.
