So I take it that Kenny King won't be in this set?

He already has a card so there's no reason he can't get another one just because he went to TNA. He may have been slated for the game roster but they have time to remove him if they want.

Yeah, with the problems between the sides right now there is NO WAY ROH lets King remain in the game. This happened with Chikara to, as Lince Dorado was scheduled to be part of the first set before he had a falling out with them. He was replaced at the last minute by Marchie Archie Peck. There's plenty of time to replace King. There's no way a ROH logo is going on a Kenny King card produced by Filsinger Games.
