More specifically I am wondering how you guys run your fed, how often you do PPV's etc. I have done ten shows thus far (I am still in the middle of show #10 which is final battle). However after I do final battle I am wondering how often people do PPVs because while my Final Battle and ROH's actual Final Battle both fell in December other events like survival of the fittest might not happen when ROH actually does them.
So anyways I am wondering do you guys have a system of how often you do PPV's (Or in ROH's case IPPV's) and if so what is your guys' system?
Thanks!

Here's a simple format I've considered:
A game week consists of ROH TV plus one or two house shows (you could even skip those for certain weeks if you wanted to speed things up). Four of those cycles make a game month (four TVs plus the house shows between them). Put "real time" dates to them and intersperse the supercards into the mix to correspond to when ROH runs them through the year.
In other words, it's like playing a season of Madden football: the game keeps track of "game weeks" and will call it "week 15" no matter if you're really playing in December 2012 or March 2013.

I'm very close to nailing down a 12 month schedule for my ROH, CHIKARA and GWF feds. The plan is 1 main show a month for each (3 cards a month, 36 total for the year I am fully committed to). This gives me time to play, and build toward each fed/card. Then if I'm in the mood I can play simple house shows for whatever fed I'm into most at the moment when I have extra time. It's the best and only way to play all three for me, and I think the build ups will add a lot to the results, because fans/readers will have all month to look forward to big shows. I should have something soon.

My plan is to run it real time, following the ROH schedule. Like my first card will be this Sunday, but its "First Battle" instead of Final Battle.

Alright this sounds like the best way to do it IMO, I have ran ten shows thus far, my first show was the Era of Honor begins and consisted of the first and second round matches of the World Title Tournament. My second show was the TV title tournament, and my third show was my tag team title tournament, doing all the matches in the tournaments except for the finals. My fourth show was my first IPPV called Crowning a Champion where I only had three matches but it was to crown my first TV, Tag, and World Champions. After that I started doing ROH TV so shows 5-9 were ROH TV and then my 10th show was final battle. Now I am going back to ROH TV for my 11th show and will probably do three more ROH TV's after that but now that you mentioned it I might start mixing in house shows to slow things down. Thanks for the responses not just the one that I quoted but all the responses because I really wasn't sure how I was going to handle my fed after Final Battle was over however I think I have a better idea now.

I'm planning on just having Final Battle be my only iPPV/PPV.

I'm going to have 4 iPPV's a year (1 is a non-ROH ppv name & 3 are official ROH ppv's) and those iPPV's for me are held on Sunday's and my SBG TV events happen every Saturday. I've written down how many Cards for at least 7 years total, this way I have each months total going forward. I do plan to add Specialty Named SBG TV events throughout my history and I'm also going to use the Current ROH Belts...

I try to do three weeks of standard cards going into a PPV. The three weeks of cards do not have title defenses for the most part, but the purpose of the card is to gauge/build contenders for the card. The PPV has title defenses as a focus, and the rest of the card is to either bring feuds to a head/continuation, and to get new talent over for the next series leading to a PPV.

I've altered my ROH WRESTLING schedule to a total of 64 cards a year. 5 cards a month (Jan. Feb. Apr. May. Jul. Aug. Oct. & Nov.) and 6 cards a month with the 6th card being One of my Four iPPV's (Mar. Jun. Sept. & Dec.) to fill out the schedule...
