*1 - Eddie Kingston walks down to the ring. Kingston and Lee go nose to nose. Lee goes for a punch but Kingston blocks and comes off the ropes and hits him with a lariat. Kingston grabs a mic. He tells Lee that he's got the answer to beating him. That belt is going to be his.
Angle Developments:
The Colony are backstage. Green Ant says that Mike Quackenbush and Jigsaw are tough opponents. They might even be the best tag team in Chikara currently. But the Colony has made a career out of defying the odds. They might be the underdogs here but they thrive on that. Quackenbush and Jigsaw are going to be in for a real battle.
Pinkie Sanchez is backstage. He's not playing around anymore. He's going to start taking people out when they stand between him and winning the Grand Championship. The Chikara roster has been warned.
Backstage, Chris Hero has been brutally attacked. The medical staff checks on him. Leonard F Chikarason claims to have seen the BDK in the area only a few minutes ago.

Notes:
*1 - Tim Donst attacked Crossbones after the match. He hit the Donstitution before walking to the back.
Bryce Remsburg fades out and five mystery figures appear briefly on the screen. One says the word GEKIDO before Remsburg is back on the screen.
Remsburg: Greetings Chikara fans. Party All the Time is in the book and now it's time for Chikara to head back to Chicago, IL on the 4th of July. Revenge of the Trees is coming at you and we've got a huge main event for you. Mike Quackenbush and Jigsaw will be cashing in their title shot against Fire Ant and Soldier Ant. Chikara fans are excited for this big match and we've got a word from our challengers.
Mike Quackenbush and Jigsaw are backstage.
Jigsaw: We finally earned our three points and not it's time to get our chance to win the Campeonatos de Parejas. I've been waiting for this moment ever since I became a Chikara student a decade ago. This is my chance to finally taste some of the success and glory that is out there in the world of pro wrestling.
Quackenbush: Jigsaw and I have been working hard since we got to Chikara. We've been leading the charge against the BDK and now it's time to take a brief break from that battle. This match is about our success in Chikara. We're going to walk out of Chicago, IL crowned the new Campeonatos de Parejas.
Remsburg: That match is sure to tear the house down. Also on the card, two teams with 2 points each do battle to determine the next No. 1 Contenders to the Campeonatos de Parejas as the Spectral Envoy take on Kodama and Obariyon of the Batiri. Ultramantis Black and Hallowicked stopped in for some comments earlier today.
Spectral Envoy are backstage.
Ultramantis Black: The Eye of Tyr is still safe in my possession. Ares thought he was going to steal it away last Saturday but he learned what happens when you cross paths with Ultramantis Black. Now, Hallowicked and I are going for our 3rd point in the tag team division. Fire Ant and Soldier Ant or Mike Quackenbush and Jigsaw, it doesn't matter because when everything is said and done the Spectral Envoy will be the new Campeonatos de Parejas!
Remsburg: Also on the card for that show, 3.0le' take on F.I.S.T. in eight man tag team action. Join us next week as we...

Remsburg: Greetings Chikara lovers. I'm here with more announcements for the upcoming Revenge of the Trees show on the 4th of July. Archibald Peck will be in the building and it's going to be an Invitational match. Peck is backstage with a few words...
Peck: Greetings. Veronica has been a little less than pleased with my performance in my Invitational. But things are going to start looking up really soon. At Revenge of the Trees I'll turn that 1-3 into 2-3. From there, it will be a simple matter of getting back to .500. I feel bad for whatever poor sucker answers the bell this time.
Remsburg: Colt Cabana will also be taking on Tursas on the show. Two heavyweights collide in a match fans won't soon forget. We've got Colt Cabana for some words...
Colt Cabana is standing backstage with a viking helmet on.
Cabana: Man, how do you wrestle in one of these things Turse? I mean, I can barely see anything and you're out there doing all sorts of fancy moves. Oh well, I guess my dream for the Vikings Collide will have to wait until another day.
Cabana tosses the viking helmet aside.
Cabana: Tursas is the biggest man running around in Chikara today. But I'm not afraid of him. I've beaten some big men in my career and I'll do it again here. Tursas I'm coming to Chicago, IL and I'm going to pin you in the middle of the ring 1-2-3! That's a promise.

The screen immediately goes dark and suddenly a hype video for the GEKIDO starts playing. It shows the 5 mysterious figures in training. They all look vicious an formidable. One of them looks into the screen and warns Mike Quackenbush that they're coming and they're coming for all of Chikara. The podcast comes to an end.

*1 - The GEKIDO walks down to the ring. They attack both teams in the ring. The masked men put the boots to all four men. Green Ant and Johnny Saint try to run in for the save but the GEKIDO beat them down as well. They steal the title belts from the Colony and head to the back.
Angle Developments:
F.I.S.T. are backstage. Icarus says that they have some unfinished business with Gregory Iron and 3.0le'. F.I.S.T. may have a lot of enemies but he plans to bury them all.
Eddie Kingston is backstage. He wants a date for his rematch with Brodie Lee. He is the top contender for that belt and he wants his rematch and he wants sooner rather than later.

The next show is coming up. What it essentially will be is the GEKIDO have taken over a venue and have issued an open challenge to Chikara talent to face off with them in the ring. So it will be a 5 match show. That will probably happen on Friday.

*1 - Green Ant tries to cover his face but combatANT continues to put the boots to him. Fire Ant and Soldier Ant run down to the ring and chase him off. Soldier Ant hands Green Ant a towel to cover his face with. Fire Ant and Soldier Ant help Green Ant to the back. *2 - Fire Ant grabs the Campeonatos de Parejas and rushes to the backstage area with Soldier Ants. *3 - Mike Quackenbush looks stunned after his loss to 17. Mike leaves the arena looking very dejected.
Angle Developments:
The GEKIDO start the show off. 17 explains that this is an unauthorized Chikara show. There are no scheduled matches, just whoever wants to try their luck against the GEKIDO. Mike Quackenbush, Jigsaw and the Colony interrupt. Mike says that tonight is about payback for how the GEKIDO decided to debut in Chikara. Tonight, they're going to drive the GEKIDO out of Chikara.

Danielson blows him off as he walks to the back. *2 - Dasher Hatfield and Sugar Dunkerton try to check on Colt Cabana but the BDK attack. Tursas manages to hit both men with the Diving Cross Body. The BDK stand tall in the ring. *3 - Gran Akuma rammed Gregory Iron into the ring post outside of the ring, allowing Icarus to pick up the victory via count out. *4 - Ares and Tursas come down to the ring. They hold down Jigsaw while Claudio Castagnoli talks some series trash. Claudio hits a second Ricola Bomb on Jigsaw. Tursas climbs to the second rope for the Diving Cross Body Block when Chris Hero hits the ring with a folding chair. Ares and Claudio Castagnoli bail out almost immediately. Tursas is a little slow and Chris Hero uses the chair to knock him out of the ring.
Notes:
Gavin Loudspeaker is backstage with Mike Quackenbush. Mike says that maybe he isn't cut out for the wrestling game anymore. He's decided that he's going to retire from wrestling. He just doesn't have it anymore.
The GEKIDO are backstage. 17 brags about how he and the Shard beat two of the top names in Chikara yesterday. The GEKIDO are off to a running start in Chikara. It's only a matter of time until they're running the place.
Ultramantis Black and Hallowicked are backstage. Black is thrilled that they've finally earned their third point and that they'll be getting a shot at the Campeonatos de Parejas tomorrow night. The Colony have been excellent champions but their time in the sun is at an end. A new era is dawning in Chikara and that era will be ushered in by the Spectral Envoy.
Larry Sweeney and Grand Champion of Chikara Brodie Lee come down to the ring. Sweeney mentions that Eddie Kingston is getting his shot at the belt on Labor Day. It doesn't worry him though. Brodie Lee beat Kingston for this belt and he'll beat him again. In his opinion, Brodie Lee has Kingston's number in the ring.
