Chikara won the preliminaries, but NWA Hollywood held its own at the top of the card. Looking at the lineup for the second show it's hard to pick who will come out on top. Pearce and Cabana is a strong main event. Poor Willie Mack may likely end up 0-2, though.

Here is the other show I originally intended to post last night, but my flight home to Las Vegas from Burbank yesterday was delayed by 2 hours.
Just like in the previous show posted above earlier today, the stars of Lachikaras Vegas are in the Hollywood area to wrestle wrestling stars of SoCal!!
Lachikaras Vegas Show #17- Double Dragon Hollywood, California January B, Season 2
Match #1: The Hobo defeated Archibald Peck (accompanied by Veronica)
- in this opening comedy match. The Hobo, after a Hot Shot, won via STREET PREACHER.
Match #2: Gregory Iron defeated Cedric the Hitman
- although Iron received the Silencer along with the Interrogator, Iron won via HANDICAPPED PARKING.
Match #3: Los Banditos defeated 3.0
- after using two successful illegal tags earlier in the match, Raunchy Rico and Filthy Tito got the victory after a double mafia kick followed by BANDITO BADLANDS as Tito Escondido pinned Shane Matthews.
Match #4: Ultramantis Black defeated Johnny Yuma
- Although Yuma controlled alot of the match and scored 3 near pinfalls, Ultramantis got the win via his PRAYING MANTIS BOMB.
Match #5: El Generico defeated Nick Madrid
- although Madrid scored 5 pin attempts, El Generico won this great match via a vertical suplex powerbomb
Match #6: The Tribe defeated the Roughnecks
- The Roughnecks started off strongly in control but could not put away The Tribe as Navajo Warrior and Hawaiian Lion are both capable of sustaining alot of damage. The Tribe managed a comeback and won when Navajo Warrior and Hawaiian Lion together executed RESERVATION DEVESTATION on Grizzly Redwood with Hawaiian Lion getting the pinfall.
Match #7: Scorpio Sky defeated Jigsaw
- a great/very competitive match- arguably the match of the night
- Jigsaw managed to survive two ACE OF SPADES, but Sky got the victory via a springboard dropkick
Match #8: Bryan Danielson defeated Willie Mack by DQ
- Mack gave Danielson some problems early, but Danielson appeared on the verge of making Mack tap out to the crossface chicken wing until Danielson's enemy Ultramantis Black (along with Frightmare and Hallowicked) appeared and attacked Danielson from behind to cause the referee to call for the bell. Afterward, Mack helped Danielson fight off the Spectral Envoy and then shook hands with Danielson.
In the Ring: Mike Quackenbush with Joey Ryan
- Quackenbush announces the results from yesterday's text poll about whether or not Joey Ryan should get offered a full time job in Lachikaras Vegas.
- 88% voted yes!
- but Director of Fun Larry Sweeney arrives with Claudio Castagnoli and Ares
- Sweeney says he doesn't care if 88% of the fans want Ryan in Lachikaras Vegas because, as Director of Fun, Sweeney is not going to give Ryan a contract unless Ryan tonight can defeat Castagnoli (who Ryan knocked out in the center of the ring with his WALK-OFF superkick at the end of Show #15 to end Season One.)
Match #9: Claudio Castagnoli (accompanied by Larry Sweeney and Ares) defeated Joey Ryan
- Ryan was in control until he got distracted by Sweeney from the outside of the ring allowing Castagnoli to hit Swiss Death and then apply an Inverted Chikara Special for the victory.
- afterward, as Ryan was still down on the mat, Sweeney told him "88% may have voted yes for you- but here is message from the other 12%" and then gave Ryan a 12 LARGE ELBOW DROP and then said there would be no contract for Joey Ryan.
Match #10, the main event: Grand Champion Colt Cabana defeated Adam Pearce in a non-title match
- Colt won via the COLT.45
End of Show.

Match #3: Jigsaw defeated Gregory Iron
- Jigsaw won via a deathjump
Match #4: Tim Donst and Sara Del Rey defeated Icarus and Johnny Gargano by DQ
