National Entertainment Association, LLC is proud to announce the acquisition of CHIKARA and Championship Wrestling from Hollywood. National Entertainment Association, LLC has created the United Wrestling Syndicate (UWS) as the governing body for all professional wrestling activities.

CHIKARA, lead by 18 year veteran Mike Quackenbush, is a professional wrestling organization based in Pennsylvania that promotes wrestling shows throughout the east coast. Additionally, CHIKARA is a leader in alternative media entertainment with their popular “Podcast-A-Go-Go” weekly video podcast.

Championship Wrestling from Hollywood (formerly NWA Hollywood) is a professional wrestling organization based out of Hollywood, California, and run by David Marquez. Championship Wrestling from Hollywood runs shows throughout the west coast and currently airs a weekly one hour television show on cable providers within the Golden State.

National Entertainment Association, LLC sees the voyeur into professional wrestling as another opportunity for large scale growth. CHIKARA will begin running their shows under the United Wrestling Syndicate (UWS) banner starting with their next show, where a tournament to crown their tag team champions (Campeones de Parejas) will take place. Due to ongoing litigation with the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), Championship Wrestling from Hollywood will not be able to immediately run shows under the UWS banner. However, we anticipate this litigation to be resolved in a favorable manner before the end of the year.

1) Tag Team Collision
F.I.S.T. members Chuck Taylor and Johnny Gargano will do whatever it takes to win the Campeonatos de Parejas. Standing in their way is The Colony duo of Fire Ant and Soldier Ant. Who will win this high profile matchup and go on to the semi-finals?




2) Tag Team Warfare
3.0 likes to have fun in the ring, but this match will be nothing but hell as they battle with the unorthodox team of Incoherence. The winners of this match may feel more like losers when this is all over.





3) Duo Damage
The rough and tumble team of Brodie Lee and Grizzly Redwood plan on stomping their way through the tournament. However, the lucha libra dual of Ice Cream Jr. and El Hijo Del Ice Cream have something to say about that. Los Ice Creams have been in CHIKARA a long time and feel they are the ones who should be representing the company in this new era.





4) Huge Action!
A match up featuring perhaps the two favorites in this tournament will leave everyone standing on their feet. But who will come out the victor when the Throwbacks take on the Osirian Portal?

Additionally, both semi-final matches and the finals will take place this night in Philadelphia! The first Campeonatos de Parejas of the UWS era will be crowned!

Campeonatos de Parejas

Tournament: FIST vs Colony: The Colony (Soldier Ant and Fire Ant) defeat FIST (Chuck Taylor and Johnny Gargano) when Soldier Ant pins Chuck Taylor following the Ants Go Marching.

Tournament: Incoherence vs 3.0: 3.0 defeat Incoherence by DQ.

Tournament: Los Ice Creams vs the Roughnecks: Los Ice Creams defeat the Roughnecks after Ice Cream Jr impressively hits Brodie Lee with a Sprinkle Bomb.

Tournament: Osirian Portal vs the Throwbacks: The Throwbacks defeat Osirian Portal when Daser Hatfield pins Amasis following the Grand Slam.

Tournament Semi-Finals: The Colony vs Los Ice Creams: The Colony defeat Lost Ice Creams after El Hijo Del Ice Cream is pinned by Fire Ant after a torture rake drop.

Tournament Semi-Finals: 3.0 vs the Throwbacks: 3.0 defeat the Throwbacks when Shane Matthews makes Sugar Dunkerton submit in the “Boston Crab”.

Mike Quackenbush comes out and announces a season long tournament to be the Grand Champion. States there will be two divisions. Points will be given for wins and points taken away for losses. Says to see their website for further.

Main Event
Tournament Finals: The Colony vs 3.0: The Colony wins the Campeonatos de Parejas when Soldier Ant pins Scott Parker following the Ants Go Marching.

Each wrestler will face each other wrestler in their block and possibly some other wrestlers in the opposite block. Additionally, there will be special matches for points throughout the season. The top two in both blocks will face each other at our season final, with the winners facing off for the Grand Championship in the Main Event.

Moving Violation

Match 1: Block A: Carpenter Ant vs Icarus
Icarus pins Carpenter Ant following the Wings of Icarus for 5 points.

Match 2: Block B: Tim Donst vs Johnny Saint
Johnny Saint was able to reverse a Gator Roll by Tim Donst into a pinning position for the win and 5 points.

Match 3: Block B: Daziee Haze vs Archibald Peck
Daziee Haze pins Archibald Peck following the Mind Trip for 5 points.

Match 4: Block A: Jigsaw vs Claudio Castagnoli
Jigsaw put up a great fight and had Claudio pinned, but Claudio was able to put his foot up on the bottom rope right before the 3 count. Claudio was able to come back and hit Jigsaw with the Ricola Bomb for 5 points.

Match 5: The Roughnecks vs The Throwbacks
The Roughnecks earn 1 point when Brodie Lee pins Dasher Hatfield following the Big Boot.

Match 6: Block B: Mike Quackenbush vs Sara Del Rey
Sara Del Rey impressively puts Mike Quackenbush away with the Royal Butterfly for 5 points.

Main Event: Block A: Ultramantis Black vs Eddie Kingston
Kingston pins Ultramantis Black following a Yakuza Kick in a great match.
