The Colony (Green, Fire, & Soldier Ant)
Incoherence (as much as i'd like to see Sarah and Daizee win i'll go with Wicked and Frightmare, should be a good match though)
The Throwbacks (should be another good match, but the BDKs bad night continues :-)
Brodie Lee (if only because Brodie has done well for me)
Delirious (the BDK bounces back here)
BDK (Claudio Castagnoli, Ares, & Tursas) (tough one but I will go with the BDK to even out their night with some shenanigans)

Arena The CHIKARA Of The Galaxy Director of Fun Wink Vavasseur welcomed the fans in attendance at the COTG Arena to open the show. F.I.S.T. (Icarus, Taylor, & Gargano) vs. The Colony (Fire Ant, Green Ant, & Carpenter Ant)The Opening match on the card got the crowd pumped. This match was pure excitement as both teams fought hard to gain a victory. After a long hard fought battle Icarus uses the WINGS OF ICARUS on Fire Ant to lead his team to victory. Winners: F.I.S.T.BDK (Daizee Haze & Sara Del Rey) vs. IncoherenceGood match between these two teams. Haze and Hallowicked stood out as the stars in this one. Sara Del Rey seemed to be having trouble keeping an offense going and falls victim to the HEADLESS HORSEMEN. Winners: IncoherenceThe Throwbacks vs. BDK (Tim Donst & Pinkie Sanchez)This match really got the crowd going, all four men were stars in this one. This was a very close match with several near falls by both teams. After keeping the crowd on their feet with the fast paced action Donst puts Dasher Hatfield away with the SDT. Winners: BDKAt the conclusion of this match and a brief intermission, music began to blare over the P.A. system... With that a man decked out in shades and carrying a cane stepped into the ring and grabbed the house mic... "Ladies and Gentlemen of CHIKARA, allow me to introduce myself. Where I come from people refer to me as The Creator Of The Galaxy, however, you may call me Dark Menace. I am from the distant future and I've come here to challenge the best CHIKARA has to offer. I will be bringing a handpicked group of wrestlers from my galaxy to compete here at King of Trios. Which of you will step up and accept my challenge? I will await your answer." With that The Dark Menace leaves the ring and seemingly vanishes. Brodie Lee vs. Ultramantis BlackLee was just dominating in this bout. UMB just couldnt get anything going against the big man and just got run over. Lee finally puts UMB away with a Brodie Bomb Winner: Brodie LeeOphidian vs. Delirious (w/Ares)Solid match with Ophidian dominating most of the early moments and nearly putting Delirious down. Delirious finally snapped to it and got back into the match. The fight spilled outside where Delirious was at home. After a hard hitting match Delirious gets the win with Chemical Imbalance II. Winner: Delirious**MAIN EVENT**
Mike Quackenbush, Jigsaw, & Eddie Kingston vs. BDK (Claudio Castagnoli, Ares, & Tursas)This was another thrill-packed match. This was such a close battle the fans stayed at a fever pitch. Tursas started the match for BDK and shrugged off attacks from both Quack and Jigsaw. After several long moments of Tursas domination Eddie Kingston was finally tagged in. A chop battle took place that saw Kingston come out on top. Claudio was soon tagged in and Kingston was more than happy to get his hands on his most hated rival. They battled in and out of the ring for several minutes before Quack was tagged in. Ares would come in and battle with Quack. Quack nearly got the win with the QUACKENDRIVER III but Claudio made the save. Jigsaw got tagged in and was soon tossed outside... Kingston came back in and began to take some punishment. Quack was winded, Jigsaw was laying outside the ring as BDK turned the tide in the match and began to punish Kingston. BDK hit Kingston with everything they had but Kingston kept getting up! Kingston took two RICOLA BOMBs and kicked out! Ares came back in and it finally took three DOOMSDAY UPPERCUTS before staying down for good. Winners: BDKClaudio, Ares, and Tursas stood truimphant in the ring as their theme closed out the show... |

A good start Ace to your Chikara and the ladies of the BDK failed, but the men rose up and won the night overall, very cool stuff. I was pulling for the Ants, but F.I.S.T. were the better team and they took the victory, it'll be fun seeing how your fed continues to unfold...

C.O.T.G. Presents..."FIGHT TEST!"S1E2 Frightmare vs. Archibald Peck Marchie Archie didnt put up much of a battle here and Frightmare managed to put him away quickly with KNEECOLEPSY. Winner: FrightmareThe Colony (Green Ant & Soldier Ant) vs. BDK (Sara Del Rey & Daizee Haze)Great hard hitting match as Deth Rey started with Green Ant. SDR dominated Green Ant and nearly put him away three times with the ROYAL BUTTERFLY. Green Ant finally managed to tag out to Soldier and the tide of the match changed. Daizee Haze was tagged in but she quickly fell victim to tandem diving stomps. After the match SDR was visibly frustrated with a second straight loss. Winners: The ColonyThe Throwbacks vs. F.I.S.T. (Taylor & Gargano)This match got the crowd fired up. Both teams gave a hell of a fight and came close to victory several times. After a long back and forth battle that saw both Sugar Dunkerton and Johnny Gargano get laid to waste, Chuck Talyor hit the OMEGA DRIVER three consecutive times to get the pin on Dasher Hatfield. Winners: F.I.S.T.After the intermission The Dark Menace came onto the video screen and stated that he would be revealing his Trios team one member at a time starting on the next card! Ophidian & UltraMantis Black vs. BDK (Donst & Delirious)The match got an early start as UMB and Delirious brawled their way into the ring before Donst and Ophidian managed to join their respective partners. This one ends quickly as UMB puts Delirious down with the PRAYING MANTIS BOMB BUT the referee only saw Tim Donst hitting the SDT on Ophidian and counted that one instead giving BDK the victory. Winners: BDKTursas vs. Eddie KingstonAnother epic battle between these two tanks. Kingston seemed to be still feeling the effects of the last card as He was visibly in pain. Kingston again gave his all but in the end the monstrous Tursas pinned Kingston after the DIVING CROSS BODY. Winner: Tursas After the match Claudio and Ares hit the ring! All three men assualted an injured and fatigued Eddie Kingston and gave him RAGNAROCK on the concrete floor! Finally Mike Quackenbush and Jigsaw hit the ring and began brawling with Claudio & Ares to start the main event! **MAIN EVENT**
Mike Quackenbush & Jigsaw vs. BDK (Claudio & Ares)This was a heated battle as Quack and Jigsaw eagerly wanted to gain a measure of revenge against the BDK's actions. Quack nearly gets the win twice in the match with QUACKENDRIVER II & III on Claudio but Ares made the save twice. Claudio managed to recover and level Quack with the RICOLA BOMB...Jigsaw breaks the pin by rolling Quack out of the ring. Claudio makes the tag and Ares catches Jigsaw off guard and gets the win an elbow drop. Winners: BDK (Claudio & Ares)Once again the BDK stands strong and triumphant in the ring. Can anyone stop them??? |
