RING OF HONOR TELEVISION
2018 Season Episode 22
Kenny King, recovering from an injury, joined Ian Riccaboni on commentary.
Will Ferrara def. Beer City Bruiser by pin
The hapless Bruiser couldn’t get his hands on the elusive Ferrara. It took a while to wear the big man down, but Will earned the victory with a sunset flip powerbomb.
Following the break, the camera focused on the center of the ring where a simple wooden pulpit had been placed. Moments later, Caprice Coleman, dressed sharply in black, came down to the ring accompanied by Damien Martinez. The crowd didn’t know what to make of it but Kenny King had something to say.
“I don’t know what game these two are playing, but they’re the reason I’m sitting doing commentary instead of being in ring. I’m of a mind to get a little payback.”
“Hold on now, Kenny,” Ian cautioned. “You’re not at a hundred percent. Besides, Ring of Honor officials frown on the commentary team getting into physical altercations.”
“Alright, Ian. But I ain’t forgetting that they have a receipt coming.”
Coleman stood at the podium waiting for the crowd to quiet down. As the buzz of the fans faded, Coleman looked down for a moment, gathering himself, then spoke with fire in his voice.
“The Devil done rose up in Ring of Honor! And he laid me low. But Providence saw fit for me to return to Ring of Honor. But it wasn’t for no reason. No! You see, my brothers and sisters, the Devil took root because there is a sickness here. A weakness of spirit. And while the Devil may have been cast out, this is still his domain. That is why my mission, Coleman’s Mission, is to save the lost souls of professional wrestling. And if they can't be saved, then they will suffer damnation.”
Having worked himself up, Coleman became still and eerily looked over his shoulder at Damien Martinez.
“This man here was a pawn of the Devil. But it wasn’t his fault. He was an innocent man who…”
Coleman looked to Damien again with fearful reverence.
“Aw, who am I kidding?” he blurted, with a big, phony smile. “He’s a bad man. A really bad man. And those souls that can’t be saved… he is their Punishment.”
Adam Page def. Kazarian by pin
In a great back and forth match, Kazarian and Page went full bore. Late in the match, it looked like “Hangman” was running out of gas but he pulled out the win with a Rite of Passage.

ROH WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
The Young Bucks(c) def. The Kingdom by pin
At Best In The World, The Kingdom won a disqualification victory over the champions, Matt and Nick Jackson. Since then, The Kingdom suffered a three-on-two loss to the Bucks and Chris Sabin but did defeat The Addiction with TK O’Ryan pinning ROH World Champion, Christopher Daniels in a shocker.
“Horror King” Vinny Marseglia started out against Nick and ate a devastating spiral kick right off the bat. The Bucks hurried into an Indy Taker but Vinny kicked out. The Bucks then went for a Meltzer Driver and O’Ryan had to make the save. Marseglia was able to reverse and tag out. Matt got worked over and survived The Melvin Maker twice. The Kingdom continued to double team and O’Ryan worked a leg, looking for a submission with his Glue Factory leg hold. The Bucks bounced back, hitting TK with the Meltzer Driver then the Indytaker for the pin. With one win apiece, these teams are bound to face one another again.
