Does any other art exist for him? I am getting ready to work on his mini champion and not much to go off of. Well... a really detailed mask, but that is it...

There was a bootleg of Cardiak years ago. Although the art was totally different from the Z. I'm not sure that would help you out at all or if the bootleg card is even around or available? Maybe Jim Steel has it? I do believe Jim was the man that introduced Cardiak to the GWFZ Territories?
At any rate, maybe your imagination would be just as well for this?
