I think I heard he was going to be on Good Morning America for this story. I hated Masters in his first run, but he was really starting to improve in his second run and was actually sad to see him go.

I hated Masters in his first run, but he was really starting to improve in his second run and was actually sad to see him go. I was annoyed when WWE released Masters in 2011. He was a victim of being pushed when he was way too green during his first run with the company. WWE never did enough to repair the damage they did by expecting too much from The Masterpiece too soon. During his second stint with The E, Masters had developed into a good wrestler, due to a lot of hard work on his part developing his craft in The Land of the Rising Sun. Masters had good matches on Superstars every week with guys like Ziggler, Rhodes, Chavo, Swagger, McIntyre, Reks and Hawkins without ever being involved in any storylines. He certainly mastered the art of the ten minute TV match. WWE made a mistake cutting Masters and TNA made a mistake not signing him. Good luck to the guy. I hope his recent heroicism translates into WWE giving him another shot and utilising his talents a bit better.

I just seen this on TMZ. I had turned on my TV and it was TMZ, I usually do not watch this show for good reason. The people on that show are IDIOTS! The man ( Masters ) saves his mother from a burning house by uprooting a tree and breaking a window and these nimrods want to poke fun about it. What was he suppose to do, open the front door with a key? No, he thought on his feet to save his mother!! Those jackasses would be lucky if they could uproot a twig. Or they would have knocked on the front door to see if anyone was home. I think it is AWESOME what he did and hope he gets another run.
