]**Pre-note: This was written mostly before Wrestlemania this year. I used some of the build up and events from the event and others I chose to ignore. This Story will eventually move more towards a supernatural bend. For sake of starting this story I’m writing this as I would a pay- per- view. Most shows will be much shorter.**
The opening of the show starts and the fireworks begins.www.youtube.com/watch?v=c1xrpxjl128
JR: “Welcome to Monday Night Raw. Ladies and gentleman we have an amazing show tonight. I’ve just gotten word that we a major announcement from Raw’s Managing Supervisor, Vicki Guerrero. Also after the fall out from last night’s Wrestlemania we are bound to have a red hot show tonight.”
After the intro to the show, new music comes from the speakers. www.youtube.com/watch?v=N1naAiCX-xw The General Manager of Raw, Vicki Guerrero, comes out to the ring. The booing start quickly as she gets ready to speak. Quickly Brad Maddox comes rushing down to the ring, whispering something in Vicki’s ear. Vicki looks a bit surprised as she looks at him. She then looks back out to the crowd and clears her throat.
Vicki: “Excuse me! Excuse me! EXCUSE ME!!!! I’ve got something I need to say. Today is the first Monday after Wrestlemania. As such we are going to have a lot of interesting things going on today. First of all the CEO, Vince McMahon, is on his way to the arena. From what I have been told he has a huge announcement to make. Secondly, we have an amazing show tonight. Due to the controversial ending to last night’s WWE title match we will be having a rematch tonight, with the title on the line.”
JR: “She is right that was a blockbuster announcement. Moreover with Mr. McMahon on his way here this night has only gotten more exciting.”
The crowd Cheers loudly as Vicki waits for them to finish she whispers something to Maddox and he leaves the ring.
Vicki: “Next have a surprise Tag Team match signed by Mr. McMahon. Honestly I don’t even know who is involved. But I was told that a tag title opportunity is on the line. On a more troubling note I have to announce that the World heavyweight championship title is being held up with the release of Alberto Del Rio and Jack Swagger from World Wrestling Entertainment.”
The crowd begins a chorus of boos which are almost deafening. Some cups and other trash are tossed at the ring, as Vicki makes her way to the backstage area. Only shortly after she disappears behind the curtain the music starts coming from the sound system.
www.youtube.com/watch?v=CFql7rcNbRs Slowly Captain Charisma Christian Cage walks to the ring. The crowd is cheering as Christian slides into the ring and jumps up on the turnbuckles. Christian panders to the crowd until his opponent’s music hits the speakers.
www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzuO-7aMEPk Randy Orton comes striding out to the ring without hesitation he slides into the ring and starts his offense on Christian. Orton manages to grab Christian from the start and delivers a massive vertical suplex. As Christian gets to his feet Orton attempts a clothesline and is easily dodged by the crafty veteran.
Christian quickly capitalizes with a rapid right hand to the jaw of Orton. Christian follows up with a knee lift. Randy Orton is left reeling as Christian moves in with another knee lift, knocking Randy to the ground. Christian whips Orton to the ropes and readies for a backdrop. Orton quickly drops to the ground in front of Christian and punches him in the face. Orton rolls through bringing Christian into a schoolboy pin. Christian powers out of the weak pin. While Christian moves to his feet Randy lines up and delivers the concussion kick to the side of Cage’s head.
Christian manages to his feet only to be whipped into the corner. Orton charges with an aggressive lariat as Christian moves from the corner. Cage dodges the attack. Christian then hits him with a pin attempt. Randy barely manages a kickout as the three count is on its way out. Christian rolls out of the ring to clear his head. As he finds his way back in to the ring, Christian finds himself kicked in the knee and dropped to the ground. Randy floats over and locks in a chinlock. Christian throws his head back and manages to break the hold, quickly exiting the ring again. Randy, like the viper he is known, as dives from the ring between the second and third rope. He allows his momentum to carry him as he grabs Christian’s head and delivers an amazing RKO. On the 9 count Christian manages his way into the ring to the waiting Viper.
Randy focuses his attack on Christian’s head with another concussion kick. Randy follows up with stomps on the prone Cage. After multiple stomps Randy locks in another chinlock. Orton leaves the ring and looks for a weapon it would appear. Christian rushes from the ring and grabs Randy. The two men wrestle for control, Christian manages to slam Randy’s head into the announce table. Christian then whips Orton into the metal guardrail. After the impact Cage tosses Randy back in the ring. After sliding in Christian grab Randy in a Sleeper hold. Randy weakens and falls with his shoulders to the canvas. Christian tries to pin his opponent. Randy powers out easily.
Christian gets up and grabs Randy for a tornado DDT that seems to have knocked Orton loopy. Cage flings Randy to the ropes, receiving a back elbow for his trouble. Randy again lays into Cage with a series of stomps he’s made famous. Randy drops quickly and pins Cage. Christian Cage finds the inner reserves to get his shoulder up, barely beating the count. Visibly angry Randy moves in for another chinlock. Randy steps up and tries to hit Christian with a clothesline. Christian quickly drops to his knees whether it be weak knees or strategy. Orton flies past Cage. As Randy turns around he is met by Cage’s knees to the face.
Cage presses forward with a dropkick to the knees of Orton. As Randy makes it to his feet Christian tries to rakes his face. Orton grapples with Christian but soon realizes that he is not going to win the struggle. Cage pushes him back and dropkicks him again. Orton then finds himself whipped to the turnbuckle but has the where with all to lift his knees to Cage’s face to stop the follow through. Randy lifts Christian back to his feet and delivers an amazing DDT. Quickly he grabs Cage for another powerful slam to the canvas. Randy is in full control and delivers a jumping knee drop followed by a modified backbreaker.
Orton again finds himself at a loss when he tries for a Clothesline. Christian drops to the ground grabbing Randy’s feet in a drop toe hold near the ropes. Then in a veteran maneuver Cage uses the ropes to choke his opponent. As Orton springs off the ropes once Cage releases the hold he is greeted with another knee lift from Cage. Instead of being caught by the move Orton unleashes an Awesome European uppercut. Randy follows it up with a right to the face of the weakening man. Seeing the end in sight Randy delivers a dropkick knocking Cage to the ground. The Viper drops to the ground and stalks Christian. When Christian gets to his feet Randy delivers a skull crushing RKO. Christian is left motionless long after the three count from the official. Randy grabs the microphone quickly after surveying the train wreck that was the match.
Randy: “Vicki came out here and was blabbing about this being a big night, for once I agree with her. It is a big night. It’s a night that no one will ever forget. This is the night that Randy Orton begins his quest for a world title again. Be that the WWE title or the World heavyweight title, doesn’t matter which. So until I meet my goal, everyone who carries one of those title is on notice. I will be watching. No one will know when the Viper will strike, but rest assured I will.”
Orton slams down the microphone and head to the locker room. After Orton vanishes behind the curtains the fans explode to the music of one of the fan favorites. www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZJD3lIGQNKA Quickly Rey comes out and heads to the ring. As he makes his way to the ring he slaps hands with the fans and exchanges a few words with the fans. Mysterio rolls into the ring and begins stretching as the music changes, www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZJD3lIGQNKA and the crowd’s cheers divide to half cheer and half jeer. Big Show, tonight just walks to the ring and grabbing the top rope and pulling himself onto the apron. Show nods at Rey and begins getting ready for the match.
The bell rings as the two men square up. Mysterio rushes in and attempts to bring the Show to the ground with an armbar stretch. Rey, however, can’t bring down the big man. Using his free hand he grabs Rey by the neck forcing the littler man to release his arm. With little effort Big Show toss Rey across the ring. Show lifts Rey to his feet and leans him against the turnbuckle. With a smile Show puts his finger to his lips, asking the crowd for quiet. After a moment he slaps his monstrous hand across Rey’s chest. Show laughs and whips Rey to the ropes.
Using his near unearthly agility Rey rebounds off the rope delivering a wicked back elbow to Show. Rey runs over to the ropes to capitalize and springboards off and delivers a flying cross body. The impact takes Show to the ground. Rey hops up to the nearest top turnbuckle and waits a few moments until Big Show get to his feet. Leaping Rey missile dropkicks the giant again knocking him to the ground. Seeing a chance Rey moves over for the pin. Big Show pushes Rey off with little effort. Rey makes his way to the turnbuckle again. Show makes his way to his feet and is hit immediately by another cross body. This time Rey just uses the momentum to affect a pin. Again Show swats him off with little effort.
Rey continues his high risk high impact style. He waits till the Show stands again then delivers a DRAGONRANA on the high man, floating over to a pin. Again Show will have nothing of it. Tossing him off and making his way to his feet again. Mysterio rushes back to the ropes and springboards off of them. He connects both of his feet on the side of the Big Show’s head sending it into the turnbuckle post as well. While Show still lays on the ground, Rey baseball slides into Show. Unfortunately for Rey it seems to have little effect on the giant, who continues to his feet. Rey tries for a second slide only to have Show continue to his feet. Rey quickly grabs the big man and delivers a tilt –a- whirl. Show falls to the ground, with Rey locking an arm on impact.
Show overpowers Rey and gets to his feet. As Rey gets to his feet the Big Show levels him with a massive clothesline. Show lifts him to a vertical base and launches him to the ropes, on the rebound Rey receives a seven foot back body drop. Again Show panders to the crowd before an open hand chop in the corner. Having success he delivers two more crushing chops. Show whips him to the ropes and attempts a back body drop but instead Rey puts the boots to shows head. Rey moves on to try to arm drag Show to the ground, but ends up sidewalk slammed.
Show utilizes the moves effect and grabs Rey locking in the Cobra clutch. After a moment he turns it into a COBRA CLUTCH BACKBREAKER. The giant tries for a pin but the smaller man slides out. The Big Show gets to his feet and waits to deliver a big boot to the masked man. The boot sends Rey from the ring. Rey slowly gets back in the ring to beat the ref’s count. Show choke slams Rey as he gets in the ring. Show tries for the pin again. Rey running on fumes manages to get a shoulder up, much to the frustration of the giant. Angry at the kick out show delivers another COBRA CLUTCH BAKBREAKER. Rey drops lifeless on the canvas. Show pins Rey and steps from the ring grabbing a microphone.
Big Show: “Randy Orton you can out here and put everyone on warning that you’re gunning for the titles. I gotta tell ya, after last night, you are the one on warning. You Made us lose and don’t think I’m gonna forget that and as for your warning. Randy, if you have to warn everyone then you’re not really doing it right. I’m over 7 foot tall and the largest athlete in the world. I’ve scared people around the globe just by walking in the building. If you think you have some sort of right to a title shot you’ll just have to go through me. Sanctioned or not. I propose Randy Orton versus the Big Show next show for the number one contender for the WWE title. Now if Vicki and her lil shadow know what’s good for business they’ll make that match so the paying audience can see it. It would be a shame if only the boy’s backstage got to see it.”
As the Show walks through the curtains the sound system blast new music. www.youtube.com/watch?v=vxG2ERT2OGk Triple H walks from behind the curtain. The COO of WWE moves to the ring rather gingerly as the burns on his abs are still rather sore. He steps into the ring after his signature entrance. Grabbing the microphone, Hunter looks at the camera.
Triple H: “So Vicki… I know you and I haven’t exactly ever been friends but this is low even for you. You know full well that I got burned by that accident in my intro last night. But I still fought my match versus Brock Lesnar and more importantly I won! I guess that just proves I’m still the toughest man in the WWE. Vicki I’m not gonna complain, I’m just gonna say send out my challenger so I can kick his lil ass and send him back to the locker room.”
As if on cue new music fills the arena. www.youtube.com/watch?v=W5ACwQO3-NM The monstrous man from Punjab walks out from the back and makes his way to the ring. Triple H looks up the ramp shaking his head. Slowly as Khali approaches he moves to the center of the ring. The look on his face is not fear but more of a look of amusement. Triple H starts to stretch against the ropes as Khali enters the other side. Khali moves to the center of the ring as Triple H meets him there.
JR: “This is insanity that man is injured dammit! Vicki has gone too far this time. Damn her!”
King: “It’s what you get having a Guerrero as a Managing Supervisor. They lie, they cheat and they steal. Honestly does this really surprise you?”
The two men stare for a moment then Triple H goes on the offensive. Quickly Hunter tries for a head lock, ending only in the Giant of a man knocking him away with a monstrous open hand slap. Khali grabs Hunter as he gets back to his feet and lifts him from the ground for a gorilla press slam. His hand digs into the burns on Triple H’s abs then he releases the COO, leaving him to falling hard onto the ground. Khali leans down and grabs Hunter by the throat lifting him not only to his feet but off the ground. The choke slam leaves Triple H writhing on the canvas. The ring veteran rolls from the ring to make space. Khali chases him out and the brawl continues. Triple H manages an Eye rake on the Khali. Khali grabs the closest thing to him, being a chair, and launches it at Triple H. The Ref calls for a disqualification.
JR: “I’m, for one, glad that this match ended this quickly, Triple H is tough as a government mule, but this is too far. What the hell is he doin’?”
Figuring the match was over Triple H grabs a hold of the security rail to keep his footing. Khali however grabs him and choke slams him again against the security rail. Khali continues to stomp down on the COO with no mercy until he is not long responsive to the attacks. Khali starts to head up the ramp as the medical team comes down to check on Triple H.
The medical team quickly clears Triple H out, on his own power. The lights in the arena go out and then the music plays. www.youtube.com/watch?v=5b6vsunh5OQ Kane enters arena as the fire erupts from the stage. Slowly he makes his way down the ramp looking at the crowd. He makes his way into the center of the ring, slowly raising his arm. Once they get to shoulder level he slams them down with great force making the turnbuckles explode with flames. Kane begins staring up the ramp. As he stares Mark Henry comes to the ring. www.youtube.com/watch?v=otZfYiC2HFw
The world’s strongest man climbs into the ring and stares into the eyes of the big red machine. Kane, without hesitation delivers a uppercut to Henry’s jaw. Henry stumbles backwards into the turnbuckle. Kane uses the opportunity to choke Mark Henry for the full of the official’s four count before releasing. Kane leaves his feet for a dropkick as Henry attempts to re-gather himself. Henry swats the legs away. Mark then tries to deliver a strong right hand punch to the Big Red Machine. Kane attempts a punch of his own, however is blocked.
Mark Henry is obviously frustrated by the happenings so far and whips Kane to the turnbuckle, charging behind him. Once Kane impacts he rolls for the corner, leaving Henry to impact instead. The Referee admonishes him for the maneuver while Henry returns Kane to the ring. As he gets into the ring again he power slams Kane to the ground. Mark follows up by tossing his full body weight on top of Kane. As he gets up Henry brings Kane with him and powers slams again. As Kane returns to his feet he is lifted off the ground for a massive gorilla press slam. Henry attempts to follow up with a jumping elbow drop. Kane rolls out of the way.
Kane uppercuts Henry and makes it to his feet. Henry returns with a double ax handle. Kane attempts to hip toss Henry only to get tossed to the turnbuckle. Kane grabs a hold of Henry’s arm and reverses the whip leaving Henry in the corner. Kane rushes forwards and is greeted with an elbow to the face and a head butt to head. Kane falls to the ground and Henry climbs up the turnbuckle then splashes all his weight on top of Kane. Henry lifts Kane for the WORLD’S STRONGEST SLAM. Kane barely kicks out from the attempt. The crowd sits on the edge of its seat waiting for the former champion to make his way to the ring. Cena smiles as the crowd shares the adrenalin with him.*
www.youtube.com/watch?v=MdypCmZaBDs The Rock strides to the ring eager to lay his smack down on the WWE Champion. Quickly Rocky charges at Cena attempting a body slam. Cena grabs a firm hold and whips The Rock into the ropes. Rocky uses his veteran skills to counter with a back elbow to the chin of the champ. Rocky smiles brightly and slaps Cena with one of his signature slaps to the face. The shock knocks Cena to the ground more than the slap did. The Great One follows up with stomps to Cena’s body. Rock lifts Cena to his feet, attempting a scoop slam. Cena manages to fight his fighting spirit and rifles a left into the Rock’s chest hoping to surprise the multi-time champion.
Rock virtually ignores the punch, and leg sweeps John Cena to the ground and locks in the Sharpshooter. Cena struggles and manages to break the hold. King: “I’m anxious to see who we are gonna see next. It could be anyone JR.”
JR: “That it could be King.”

JR’s comment is cut off by the sounds of the Titantron firing up some a very familiar song. www.youtube.com/watch?v=eJqy_Tt6mDc The crowd again explodes reaching almost deafening levels. Quickly the Hardy’s come out from behind the curtains and begin their signature entrance. The men slap hands with the crowd until they reach the ring. Jeff tonight wearing his green and black face paint, including his eyes painted on. The brothers reach the ring and offer greeting to Cryme Time. After the teams make their to the back the system roars to life again. www.youtube.com/watch?v=8LNntKxEAgY Slowly Vince McMahon makes his way to the ring with a swagger that is only fitting of a millionaire of his caliber. Vince goes through the ropes and takes a minute to hear the crowd. Mostly booing his arrival.
Vince: “Today marks a dawn of a new age. The attitude era brought a lot to this industry. The N.W.O, DX, Steve Austin, the Rock among others. Following that was the era of ruthless aggression. Some of today’s top talent started in this era. John Cena, Randy Orton, and groups like the Nexus. Today, being the first Monday after Wrestlemania, signifies the start of the WWE Revolution. Today begins the AGE of Adrenaline.”
CM Punk’s music hits the sound system. www.youtube.com/watch?v=tE758AqwuLw McMahon’s face begins to sour as he sees Punk walk from out from behind the curtains. Punk looks out to the crowd. The cheering continues until he walks half way down the ramp with a microphone.
Punk: “Vince, Vince, Vince. You come out here every year gloating about how great Wrestlemania was and most years I’d choose to agree with you. This year however, this year I fail to see what was so damn good about it. The match I had with the Undertaker was the most grueling fight I’ve ever been in. The problem is that the official screwed me Vince. You know he did.”
Punk nods at the crowd. The response is loud but mixed with cheers and boos alike.
Punk: “See even they know it. Vince, you’ve had a woodie for the Taker since for like 23 years or so. I know you won’t let him lose. It’s not good for your bottom line, your bank book.”
Vince stares at Punk looking mildly amused. Laughing he begins to shake his head.
Punk: “What’s so damn funny? You think I won’t walk down there slap the taste out of your mouth? I demand a rematch with the Taker tonight. It may not break the streak, but I will beat his dead ass just to prove to you that your favorite is not better than me. I’m the greatest in the world. Hell I’m the greatest of all time.”
Vince still laughing puts his microphone to his mouth. Staring out at the crowd, Vince smiles wide and steps forward and leans on the top rope.
Vince: “Punk. That name somehow seems fitting. You think I care enough about you to bother ‘sabotaging’ your match at Wrestlemania? You think I’m in cahoots with the Undertaker? If that’s what you think so be it. But if you want the Dead man you have to earn it. By fighting and defeating part of my new talent initiative. Punk today you get to fight him.”
www.youtube.com/watch?v=1mjlM_RnsVE The lights go out in the arena and sparks start to dance up the metal ramp. As Punk turns around a massive bolt of lightning comes down from the rafters a few small steps away from where he is standing. Punk looks up the ramp and sees a massive man standing 6’9” and built like a monster out of nightmares. Black and dark blue leather covers his body and from feet to neck. On his face is a black mask covering all of his identity. As the camera closes in and focuses on him his eyes stand out against the darkness. Light blue fields on the face of total darkness. His dark black hair cascades down his head. The hair falls partially over the mask of the monster. Punk starts to back pedal as the monster approaches. Vince starts laughing wildly as Punk rolls into the ring. Vince takes the opportunity to make his way from the ring himself.
Vince: “Punk, your opponent is Dark Justice. Good luck, win and get Taker next week. Lose and fade to obscurity.”
The monster gets to the ring and pulls himself up with little to no effort. He stares across the ring at Punk. Justice throws massive fist to the throat of his opponent, following up with an elbow to the face. While Punk is reeling, Justice moves in for a sidewalk slam. However, Punk manages to slip out and after a furious combo of kicks attempts to hit a sunset flip. Justice completely ignores the attacks as if they didn’t exist. Justice gets to his feet and punches at Punk’s throat again. After the punch Dark Justice grabs his neck and lifts him from the ground and tosses him across the ring. Justice rifles quick combo of punches into Punk’s chest and face. The strikes knock Punk to the ground. Quickly Justice attempts a pin on the dazed man.
Punk quickly kicks out and attempts to make an effort to fight back. Justice grabs him and lifts him off the ground and positioning him up in a hangman’s noose. Punk manages to pull free and rolls quickly out of the ring. The two men start throwing massive punches at each other. Justice manages to toss Punk back into the ring. Justice quickly drops a kick to Punk’s knee, hoping to make the GTS harder to manage. As Punk gets to his feet he finds himself into the Hangman’s noose. Justice rolls out of the ring and confers with Vince McMahon. The Monster barely makes his way back into the ring before the Referee counts him out.
Punk uses the opportunity to roll from the ring himself. Quickly Justice follows tossing Punk into the announce table. Punk stumbles back into the ring after the impact. Justice attempts to follow Punk in and manages to grab Punk’s leg in response to a failed kick attempt. Justice quickly shoves Punk across the ring, watching him bounce violently off the ropes. Dark Justice attempts another pin only to show his inexperience, Punk grabs the ropes. The monster leaves the ring to confer with McMahon again. Punk again tries to put some distance between himself and the monster. Both men barely evade the count out by entering the ring.
As Punk reenters the ring, the monster grabs ahold of him and readies to deliver a massive powerbomb. The powerbomb is delivered like a jackknife. Dark Justice looks down at Punk and places a foot on his chest signaling for the official to count. Punk is unreceptive. The monster stares at Punk as he drags him to the corner of the ring. Slowly he lifts Punk to his feet and prepares to deliver the massive powerbomb again. Vince grabs a microphone and steps into the ring.
Vince: “Whoa… Justice, hold on I want him to hear this. Punk, you are nothing. You never will be anything. Now with the new talent initiative there is no chance in hell of you ever making it past the opening signature of the show. If your even still there. Things change, the new blood has arrived. Now, Justice, give him DARKNESS FALLS”
Quickly the monster delivers the DARKNESS FALLS powerbomb again to the already defeated man. Justice seemingly ignores what he just did and walks out of the ring without even looking down at the carnage. Vince walks up the ramp and follows Justice though the curtains. Punk starts to move slowly as the medical team moves in to check his condition. Punk pushes them away and rolls from the ring limping and with an angry scowl on his face.
END SHOW: (Hope you liked it, next one will be much shorter)
The lights in the arena go out and then the music plays. www.youtube.com/watch?v=5b6vsunh5OQ Kane enters arena as the fire erupts from the stage. www.youtube.com/watch?v=MdypCmZaBDs The Rock strides to the ring eager to lay his smack down on the WWE Champion.
