The story shoudn't be too hard to do. Yes the essence has been stolen, but in my opinion the aCe has not simply died due to the free agents pack storyline. It just went dormant for awhile until a great storyline can somehow revive it. Alexander Ubel's thread on aCe entertainment xtreme is the prime example of a great storyline. The aCe in reality can only continue if great promoters like us can keep it going. We are a creative talent and I know for sure that if we all put our mind to it, we can accomplish anything. Besides, I use the Centra World and Centra World tag in place of the essence. I use those titles in my aCe fed and everyone is welcome to use that concept. I support the aCe and anyone who wants to start an aCe fed on this board. You have my thumbs up. I like the aCe so much that I even added a special storyline to my Dark Zone Wrestling. Feel free to read the thread if you like. My hat off to you.

And coming soon I plan on releasing a special aCe bootleg set that is based on my aCe fed. If any of you liked my Dark Zone Wrestling set, then I know you'll love this set. It's more of a "what if" special. Plenty of terrain to cover there. I should be done with it in about a month or two and it's my way of showing support for all the aCe fans. This will be a full color card set so stay tuned for further updates.

In my aCe Scorch got turned into a zombie on card 4; really changed the entire story for me. It's hard to believe that one guy could really turn the war - but it started Murdok on a Goldberg-esque run where he and his zombie horde became nearly unstoppable. Such fun storylines that aCe could surprise you with.
Alexander Ubel and I were working on new charts for use in aCe feds that took weapons and death into account; they were more like the Battleground charts that you find in CotG (superhero version). I should find those and post them for you to have some fun with.
Good luck with your new fed Texas Kid; I'll look in to follow your progress.

The characters that he designed on his thread aCe Entertainment Xtreme was one of the main reasons that I started playing aCe again. Here are the two charts that we came up with: These are still experimental; use them in your aCe at your own risk.  First is the Weapon Chart - This was meant for any card that has a weapon pictured on the front (ex: Shepard). There is a real chance of death associated with this chart so use carefully and have fun.  Up next is the Battle Chart - This was intended for all out battles between two large groups. You pick two guys to square off and any time you come to a chart result; roll on this chart. After each time you roll on the chart you should roll on the mini-chart at the top to see if the action switches to someone else on the battlefield.  We made these charts so he could restart his aCe; which never happened. If you use them, please give me some feedback on what you think about them. I would happily tweak them to make them better; as it stands, we never really got to play-test these much. Enjoy! |
