Pariah thanks for the comment! Honestly...the triple threat match was superb! It really could have been Black's night to win, as all three guys had quite a bit of fatigue. Spec has become one of the top guys in my fed...he goes into #53 facing Shayne. And if memory serves me right, Shayne never beat him in their series of matches. Speaking of Shayne...he is making waves everywhere. EDIT: looking back on my shows, it looks like Shayne did beat Spec at GWF #48. Spec had an interesting start here. He lost to Payback a couple of times after debuting strong. Spec won vs Shayne, then lost...then picked up steam and now is a dominant, top tier guy. So him vs. Shayne looks promising for him. GWF #s 53 & 54 are very important shows for Shayne...not to mention, the last regular shows of 2130 as #55 kicks off Impossible Tournament right before 2131.

The GWF is ON FIRE!! The GWF heads into the final stretch of 2130...GWF #53, then GWF #54: Destination Devastation, then the Impossible Tournament. There is no turning back now, as 2131 is right around the corner!! But first, we have a big show in #53!! Leading up to this, though, our very own Scoop has been investigating, and has discovered that there is a meeting planned prior to the show between Commissioner Euritar, GWF Interplanetary Champion Shayne, and Endgame. Rumor has it that Magnus Colby, Sur & Bex have all been invited to this meeting also, but no word that Colby or the tag team champions have even responded to the invitation. What is the meeting about?
At any rate...let's take a look at the line up for #53...
1. Overtime vs. Harbinger - Harbinger won his return match, defeating the bragging Thantos. Now standing in his way is Overtime. But what about OT? He seems to have been lost in the shuffle, not being able to really string any wins. This is a match that could set both men up to leap ahead and get back on track.
2. Rhea vs. Mistress of Darkness - Rhea's debut was anything but strong, as she lost a very high profile match vs. Nova. She faced Nova a second time at GWF #52 and trounced her. But is the mystique surrounding the "Red Giantess" broken? Mistress will put Rhea to the test. Who will step up and step out?
3. The Cloak vs. The Ultimate Fighters - The Cloak had a bad run recently. TUF is always right near title contention. TUF only truly want the Tag Team Titles. The winner of this match could see a tag title shot in their very near future...
4. She Devil vs. Fhanna in a GWF Women's Title Top Shot Match - She Devil just lost the Women's Belt to current reigning 3-time Women's Champion, Taichi. Fhanna feels that she should already have the gold around her waist. These two will meet, with the winner getting a shot at the belt.
5. Minister of War vs. Paganax - Paganax is on a roll, while Minister of War seems to have lost some steam. Should be a great match that could propel Paganax to a title shot or move Minister of War out of the rut.
6. Titan Samurai vs. House of Pain - Titan Samurai continue to struggle to find their place, although, their last match victory over House of Pain did help. House of Pain continues to climb the ranks, winning matches (albeit via dirty, underhanded tactics) on the House Show circuit. Both these teams are clawing their way up the ranks...can Titan Samurai score another victory, or will House of Pain move past Titan Samurai?
7. Coven Black vs. Crossfire - Crossfire has taken aim at the GWF's resident vampire! Black came oh-so-close at GWF #52 to earning a shot at the IP Belt, but just fell short. This should be an interesting match, as Crossfire is looking to get back into title contention, while Coven Black wants to get back to winning. Plus, HelSin has promised that he will be in the arena, telling Black that he best not try anything...
8. Perfect Specimen vs. Shayne (c) for the GWF Interplanetary Title - Spec could walk out of GWF #53 the Interplanetary Champion. Unless Shayne pulls out the win, of course!! These two have had a few incredible matches several cards back. This time, though, it is for championship gold. Tensions are tight between these two, as both seem to be very equal in ability and talent. Throw in the Interplanetary Title, and all hell could break loose. Not to mention what is going on with Shayne apart from this match. His title match vs. Chaos Supreme at GWF #54 is building up...and what about his tag teaming with Endgame and this meeting with Euritar that is going to take place prior to the show? Shayne is center in a number of rivalries and feuds...will the cowboy rise to the occasion, or falter, fall and burn away into the night?

Hard to pick against Spec with all the success he's had around the galaxy in 2018. Even against Shayne. Looking forward to those results.

Love how the 3 attacked Shayne, but he comes back to help out Endgame... but he better focus on Perfect Spec. Either way Shayne is the center piece. Can’t wait to see how it turns out. I wonder what’s wrong with the AniMen and why isn’t Monolith affected. Bex beats Endgame. How has the 3 fared in your fed?

Well...The Three in my fed have only held the tag titles once, I think. It seems as though there was an Interplanetary Title in there somewhere...but I would have to check.

Drew taking a closer look...both Bex & Sur have held the Interplanetary Title once each. Bex had 0 successful title defenses and Sur had 2 successful defenses. And then of course they are my current reigning tag champions.

Want to see my Vampire brother get a crack at the Real Ordeal (for the IP belt)... Can't wait!

GWF #53 @ Hyperion Craterdome, Saturn
**The show opens up with Scoop standing outside Commissioner Euritar’s closed door office. After a moment, the door opens, and GWF IP Champ, Shayne, and Endgame, walk out of the office. Scoop moves in for a few questions...but Shayne stops him, “I am going to let Euritar talk about the meeting...but let me say this...I have a couple of matches to get ready for.” He and Endgame then leave.
After a moment, Euritar steps out of his office, and Scoop steps up to the plate to get a few words…
Euritar: A lot of things have been happening here in the GWF this year. The arrival of Future Shock being foremost. Shayne & Endgame have formed an alliance...a tag team. And, they have challenged The Immortals to a match, here, tonight. I have agreed to the match...but only under the conditions that they must win the match under Best 2 out of 3 Falls stipulation...and they must win the first fall to go into the 2nd fall. Also, I have made very clear to Shayne, that he is also the Interplanetary Champion, and he is scheduled to defend that championship against The Perfect Specimen, also tonight. So he will have 2 matches...defending the Interplanetary Title, and challenging for the Tag Team Titles. I did not make this decision lightly. To me, the integrity of the GWF Championships are first and foremost...but, their arguments were numerous and to the point. And the fact that Magnus Colby and The Immortals refused to join us in this meeting, despite numerous attempts this week to get them to the table, has moved me to this decision. (Scoop asked about the arguments given by Shayne & Endgame as to why they should get a title shot...Euritar answers) These two men have been teaming on the House Show circuit in the last couple of weeks since GWF #52, and have gone undefeated. Plus, Shayne’s point that The Immortals involved themselves in his upcoming match vs. GWF Champion, Chaos Supreme opens up Shayne’s “score to settle”. I agree. These back-stage attacks and assaults are reaching a high pitch, and frankly, I was struggling to find reasons why Shayne & Endgame should not GET a shot at The Immortals. And, the simple fact that Magnus Colby, Sur, and Bex would refuse to even join in this meeting says much more than any other point or argument given by Shayne & Endgame. So, tonight, Shayne will defend the GWF Interplanetary Title against Perfect Specimen AND will challenge The Immortals for the Tag Team Titles with Endgame as his partner.”
(Hype: BIG NEWS, as Shayne could walk into GWF #54, challenging Chaos Supreme as a double champion, and even leave GWF #54 holding every championship the GWF offers. What an announcement!!)
*Harbinger defeated Overtime in a show stealer, finally taking the win via ASTRAL WARRIOR (Harbinger = 7 tokens / OT = 7 tokens)
**After the match, Harbinger showed his frustration at the difficulty of the match was by blasting a recovering Overtime with a clothesline, followed up with REST IN PIECES, then locking him in ASTRAL WARRIOR for several moments, until more officials ran in to separate Harbinger from OT…
*Rhea made short work of Mistress of Darkness, defeating her with SERPENT’S CATAPULT
**GWF Interplanetary Title Match** (The Perfect Specimen vs. Shayne © )
*Shayne makes his “Shayne’s Fury” comeback, laying out Spec with 2 consecutive EYE 4 EYES, followed up with SHOWDOWN for the pin (Magnus Colby was distracted by a female fan in the front row…)
(SHAYNE DEFENDS HIS GWF INTERPLANETARY TITLE)
**After the match, The Three approach the ring, looking to attack Shayne, but out from the back runs Endgame!! Just as quickly as The Three were there, they disappeared again, escaping to the back…
**Meanwhile, Spec has confronted his manager, Magnus Colby, and the two are arguing about Colby’s distraction by the female in the front row...Colby shrugs off Spec’s accusation that he was not there when Spec needed him. After a few moments, Colby and Spec both leave the ring, but not together…
*The Ultimate Fighters over The Cloak after Clinch leveled Code Destroyer with a series of rapid elbow strikes
**The camera is watching the Future Shock locker room door, when Fhanna walks out of the room, arguing loudly with Mangus Colby...Fhanna says to Colby, “Really? First the slut She Devil, then some generic tramp in the crowd? Are you serious right now?” Colby is trying to calm her down, but instead of calming her, she turns and slaps him across the face, yelling at him to stop touching her as she turns and heads to the ring...
**GWF Women’s Title Top Shot Match** (She Devil vs. Fhanna)
*She Devil scores the win OVER Fhanna after EYES OF THE TEMPTRESS (after Fhanna decided to confront the woman in the front row that had Colby’s attention earlier in the show, during Perfect Specimen’s match vs. Shayne. During this confrontation, She Devil was able to recover and nailed a flying deathjump on Fhanna from the top rope to the outside!)
(SHE DEVIL EARNS A SHOT AT THE GWF WOMEN’S TITLE)
*Minister of War defeats Paganax in a wild and bloody brawl of a match when Paganax was DQ’d outside the ring (Minister of War = 7 tokens / Paganax = 6 tokens)
**After the match, the two continued to brawl all around the ring area and to the back…
**After the commercial break, Fhanna is walking through the halls of the arena, yelling at any and everyone...she finally stops and starts screaming at an office official, when the man’s eyes suddenly look “beyond” Fhanna...the camera slowly turns as Fhanna also begins to turn around (after noticing the official was looking at something behind her). Fhanna makes the turn, looking at the chest of the Red Giantess, Rhea...Fhanna slowly begins to look up, when Rhea grabs her by the throat and chokeslams her through a nearby table!! Rhea glares down at the fallen Fhanna...then walks away…
*Titan Samurai over House of Pain when Kenji forces Nosfera to tapout to KIMURA
**After the match, as Titan Samurai are outside the ring, shaking hands with the fans, House of Pain strikes!! With steel chairs, both Tricks & Nosfera go on the attack, smashing both Kenji & Giant Azuma!! Before Nexus can react, though, Hector spears Nexus into the ring barrier! Tricks and Nosfera lock Giant Azuma up to the ring post with handcuffs, then both men go on the attack on Kenji, double teaming him viciously!! Tricks then spray paints his Mask of Terror across the face of Kenji. Finally, Overtime, HelSin and Crossfire run out to the ring, chasing off House of Pain & Hector…
**Crossfire and HelSin are talking in the ring prior to the next match (after they helped stop the brutal attack on Titan Samurai & Lord Nexus). HelSin leaves the ring, and makes his way over to the announce table...HelSin says he is going to stay there, and make sure nothing else happens to Crossfire…
*Coven Black takes the victory over Crossfire with BITE OF THE VAMPIRE
**After the match, Coven Black picks up the fallen Crossfire, looks towards HelSin, then sinks his fangs into the neck of Crossfire again!! HelSin quickly jumps up and begins to head to the ring (think of the ring being back like NXT’s announce table...it is not right next to the ring). But as HelSin steps around the table, pyro explodes from behind the announce table, stunning the announcers and HelSin...once the smoke clears...standing behind HelSin is...BISHOP HELL!!! Hell spins HelSin around and unleashes a vicious HELLFIRE, sending HelSin reeling in agony and pain to the floor!!
Bishop Hell walks to the ring, as Black lets the BITE OF THE VAMPIRE on Crossfire go...Coven Black picks up the near unconscious Crossfire, holds him as Bishop Hell lays out Crossfire with another wicked HELLFIRE!! Black and Hell then toss Crossfire over the top rope and to the floor...then both men turn to each other, shake hands and give one another a hug, as Dark Menace is gleefully jumping up and down in the ring...Bishop Hell has returned and joined forces once more with Dark Menace Forces!!??
**Inside the Future Shock locker room, Chaos is talking to The Three...he tells Bex & Sure to take Shayne out...by any means necessary. Injure him, eliminate him...it doesn’t matter what happens to him, Chaos simply expects Sur & Bex to take care of the threat known as Shayne…
***THE MAIN EVENT***
**GWF Galaxian Tag Team Titles, Best 2 / 3 Falls Match (stipulation: Endgame & Shayne must win the first fall for the match to continue) (Shayne [GWF IP Champ} & Endgame vs. The Immortals © )
*Shayne & Endgame win the 1st fall, dissecting Sur (Sur = 7 tokens), not even allowing him to tag out, finally ending the fall with frontier justice by Shayne (the match now turns into a normal 2 / 3 Falls Match, with Shayne & Endgame having one fall so far) *The Immortals win the 2nd Fall when Sur plants Endgame with the Alpha Plex *The Immortals with the 3rd Fall when Bex locked Shayne in the GROUND ZERO after Ghena laid Shaynen out with a vicious chairshot
*The Immortals win an epic battle over Shayne & Endgame (Sur = 8 tokens / Bex = 4 tokens / Endgame = 8 tokens / Shayne = 2 tokens [after “Shayne’s Fury])
**The show goes off the air with The Immortals holding the GWF Tag Title Belts high...

Amazing show. 1st I got a kick out of the Magnus Colby soap opera that ends with Fhanna getting put through a table. What a bad night for her. Harbinger and Overtime have a great match. Then Paganax and Minister of War does. What a return by Bishop Hell and the Immortals hold off Shayne & Endgame. After the first fall, with Sur taking such a beating, I thought the titles were lost. How wrong I was.

Drew thanks for the reply! Yeah, I thought for sure I was going to have new tag champs...but the Immortals are not lightweights. I was shocked by Harbinger vs. Overtime. OT just really has not done much for me lately. But he put on a great match. I love Paganax...and he and Minister of War put on another great match, one that I wasn't expecting to deliver like it did. And what can I say about Colby? The guy is a billionaire playboy...Fhanna is a jealous diva, and that jealousy cost her the match, and paid for a choke slam through a table...
