But are they contracted or just making appearances like Matt Hardy and Cliff Compton? (Though of course Kendrick and London are already signed)

Karl is pay per appearance as he is signed with New Japan.

I believe the new champ is crowned in September and the next set will be in the later fall, but I'm sure some of the new faces would be in the set. The thing that confuses me though, is why is ROH putting non-regulars in its title tournament. Shouldn't it be ROH guys fighting for the ROH title? |

Gonna be honest here, Machine Gun's probably going to cost a bit of money since the stuff like this has to go through Bushiroad/New Japan.
