My wife and I love that show as well. We have gone to a few of the places from the show when we are in other cities looking for places to eat.

I've been to a couple of places also. Got one of the owners of Smoq BBQ to sign my cookbook.

Well, two of those places were really good. One was a complete dive with extremely mediocre food. Overdone burgers and fries aren't really my thing...

I have never seen this show. Buy out of curiosity, since you guys are talking about it, I checked out the website and saw they have actually reviewed 63 different places in the Las Vegas area. I have been to the following 12: Bachi Burger- they have one of their locations across the street from me. Very delicious Asian style burgers. Burger Bar at Mandalay Bay Resort- the best burger on the Strip IMO. I especially like their Blackjack Burger. 5 years ago me and Tim Dalton ate lunch at this place when Tim was in town and staying at Mandalay Bay. Firefly-Tapas Kitchen & Bar- they have one of their locations about 2 blocks down the street from me. The staff at the bar is really cool but the food portions are really small. Their other location in town earlier this year was actually shut down after at least 200 customers there got sick with salmonella. www.foodsafetynews.com/2013/05/case-count-in-firefly-salmonella-outbreak-hits-200/#.UeB9n0GsidkFirelight Buffet at Sam's Town Hotel- decent buffet. Nothing wrong with it but there are alot of better buffets in Las Vegas and I am surprised by the attention it received by the Food Network. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino- 10 years ago I lived directly across the street from the Hard Rock as I was finishing up at UNLV. Good food at the Hard Rock Cafe. Hash House A Go Go- twisted farm food. I have been to both their Sahara location (I live on Sahara) and to their new location at the Plaza downtown where I stayed the night after Thanksgiving last November. The next morning breakfast at this place did a good job soaking up alot of the booze I consumed from 18 rounds of bar golf on Fremont Street. LBS Burger Joint- this is located inside the Red Rock casino which I pass every day to and from my way to work. I had a good burger there! Lagasse's Stadium- this place is so incredible it is like Heaven on Earth for sports fans. This restaurant is located in the Palazzo as part of the best sportsbook in Las Vegas! Stadium like seating with the sportsbook counter at the bottom, sitting on couches or cushioned seats, sports on TVs everywhere you look, it is also a sportsbook that has its own luxury boxes!, and the food is made by Emeril Lagasse. Great food and drink specials throughout the day and the food and drinks are brought right to where you are sitting to bet on the games. I am looking forward to going back there next week for dinner after my work related conference next door at the Venetian is over. Lola's - A Louisiana Kitchen-located near downtown, my favorite New Orleans style food/restaurant in Las Vegas. Paymon's Mediterranean Cafe & Hookah Lounge- went here once, decent Mediterranean type food Red Square at Mandalay Bay- I don't know about their food but one Summer night I once consumed a large amount of their different vodkas in their ice bar. Best vodka I ever drank. UNLV- I got my Masters and later my work license from this place so I have obviously been there alot. It was cool having a Taco Bell on campus but my favorite place on campus was Metro Pizza. I will have to check out some of the other Las Vegas places they reviewed.

Seeing how we are always ripping off, er I mean doing American version of UK shows why not have a UK version of Triple D. Heck depending on your free time and what not maybe this is a project for you. As far as the show itself, it is AWESOME!!! I love watching it and eventually will try some places. I saw one show where one couple has been to like 50 or 60 of the places.

While searching for something else I came across this old thread. I am bumping because I wonder if Bazzy has tried any of the places in England that Triple D went to on one of their specials over there.
