Interesting. I like the rugged "outlaw" take on this...he's not some hyped up superhero alien, he's a rough and tumble Earth guy. Nice teaser, it was worth it.

This is my guy. This is the guy I have been waiting for for so many years. A down to earth real man style wrestler. Who seems to have lots of fighting spirit.

He's got a Mid South Wrestling/rugged American in Japan (Stan Hansen) quality about him that excites the crap out of me. The outlaw riding into town, guns blazing to take on what appears to be insurmountable odds. This is going to be fun.

I just listened to Jim Ross' interview on Steve Austin's podcast (a great podcast that I think has raised the bar even from Colt Cabana's podcast, by the way), and Jim Ross was putting over Mid-South to the point that I can't wait for the WWE to release their Mid-South DVD this fall. I also can't wait just to have an Earth-born main eventer for the first time since, Commander Sam? After years of having the Black Death guys, Harbinger, Endgame, the part-AniMan Monolith, and Endgame dominate the ranks we were due to have a guy like Shayne enter the GWF. Can't wait for the next installment of Black Death. |

This is the character that makes this set and having a no nonsense hard hitting character from Earth is really cool, SOLID stuff...
