Already been mentioned but I will throw my 1.5 cents in for;
Abdullah the Butcher - some fun brutal matches
Demolition - Road Warriors want another piece of them
Raven - oh the wars he and Jimmy Jacobs could have. Yea JJ is not in LoW but that wont stop me. Those two leading mini armies against each other would lead to hours and hours of fun.
As far as deceased guys, just a matter of finding who is in charge of their estate and likeness. I am sure they have been approached before about some business deal, especially the bigger name guys.

Yea I meant RoH as I forgot about LOTF. But as you said, either way. I am one of those freaks that mixes all sets and even add some of my own creations. Just another level of the beauty of these games.

Several others have already mentioned a lot of my top choices like Mr Wrestling II, Abby, Lord Humongous, Yokozuna, and Nikita Koloff. I also second the motion to get Randy Rose and Norvell Austin to complete the original Midnight Express. The very first live wrestling card I remember going to had Bob and Brad Armstrong vs Dennis Condrey and Randy Rose in a cage match with Austin on the outside. Also got to see several Austin Idol vs Jos Leduc matches that I would love to recreate in LOW. Some others I'd like to have....

My biggest wish at this point is Jumbo Tsuruta. I'm a friend of Jumbo Tsuruta's son Yuji and I've passed his info along at least once. He's on Facebook, he's not hard to find and Yuji doesn't want ANYTHING for his dad being used in the game, he just wants his dad to be remembered.
Aside from Jumbo, I wouldn't mind:
Adrian Adonis (The only guy I want as much I want Adonis and I doubt his family would want anything)
