It would be awesome if we got another Japanese wrestler, like current NOAH champion KENTA.

Have heard R and R wanted too much money or at least one of them did. Don't mind who's last, as long as it's not Black and Moxley. Yeah, think that would be Morton

I'd love to have KENTA in this game, but we're not gonna get any current Japanese guys because the laws over there have changed and those dudes want serious money now plus Bushiroad are signing all of those dudes up to their King of Pro Wrestling card game where they're gonna make pretty good money.

Booo! I know, buddy. I know. But if you really need KENTA, I've done three cards for him: One based on 2006 KENTA, one based on his current GHC Title reign and one based on his tag team with Katsuyori Shibata.

If it was only Morton who wanted too much money, I'd gladly take just Gibson. Gibson & Jannetty would be a great team. Does anybody know Muta was approached?

Might have been but Muto's a guy who knows what his likeness is worth and the number wouldn't be in the ballpark of what FG is willing to pay. Manami Toyota wanted too much money, I'm not so sure FG is gonna pony up for Muta. I'd love to be wrong there, though.

How dare Japanese legends not lend out their likenesses out of the goodness of their hearts! Seriously, though, that sucks. I could really do something with KENTA, Kojima, or Tanahashi.
On the tag team front, the only tag teams left that I'd really get excited about getting would be The British Bulldogs from 1986 or The Steiner Brothers from around 1992. Most of the rest of the teams out there are just nice to haves for me.

As could I, bud. That's why I did bootlegs of them, the chances of us seeing them are greater than the chances of getting someone like Hogan. Hogan's an obvious get if you can get him, I doubt FG are going to go out of their way for KENTA, Kojima or Tanahashi because the money those three would want (especially Tanahashi) would make their (and our) heads spin. Then add in how Bushiroad is signing EVERY major star over there (Everyone in New Japan, as well as about every Japanese legend you can possibly imagine outside of Inoki and a select few) plus pretty much plus a ton of gaijin legends (Scott Norton, Vader, Stan Hansen) and current gaijin (Lance Hoyt, Harry Smith) for their own card game and the guys get paid well off of that, the odds of us getting any of those guys is pretty much gone. A note I want everyone here to think about because it's really been bugging me lately - How could Tom release Sayama and Yamada as Tiger Mask and Liger? Those guys don't even own those gimmicks, the companies that created them do! I mean, they got released in the same set that they used Billy and Road Dogg but gave them their TNA names. Why not switch them around for the Japanese guys too? Everyone's going to know who they are anyways. I think FG have been very fortunate that nobody in Japan has smartened up to this kind of stuff because the way the Japanese are with the unlicensed use of copyrighted materials now (there's a reason we haven't seen a new Fire Pro Wrestling game since 2005), FG could get beat up pretty badly over releasing those cards. That said, the last name is Mongo McMichael. Trust me guys, I know things.
