Just wondering a few things. My wife is making me start a ROH fed (I know a horrible thing to do), and I think I'm going to call it ROO, or Ring of Ohio. I'm going to run a card every day that ROH runs in a card starting in 2014. I had my wife pic the wrestlers going through the ROH, CHIKARA, Pro Wrestling from Hollywood, and CZW sets but she picked like 60(I'll have to whittle that down). Just wondering a few things:
1) How often do you guys run shows?
2) Does anyone out there name every show like the real Ring of Honor does?
3) How many wrestlers do you use in your fed?
4) How many titles do you run?
Thanks,
Tom Renick

Time is fluid in my LOW/LOTF world. A week or month is what I make it.
1) I run 2 tv tapings a month, so that equals 4 tv shows. I hold 1-2 house cards a month.
2) I don't name the shows, except for PPV.
3) Usually around 28 wrestlers (not including managers/valets/bodyguards)
4) 3 titles--Heavyweight, TV, and Tag Team.

I run one tv taping a week consisting of usually three matches. The last week of the month is for a live event/ppv which tend to be eight matches in length. I name the ppvs after ROH's main shows and I name the live events myself. I pretty much use all available wrestlers from the ROH sets (I don't mix at this time). Some guys get set aside (injury, time off, suspended, etc.) when they become stale. And when a new set comes out, I don't usually drop them all into the fed at once. I will work them in as needed or when I have story ideas for them. (I still have not introduced Matt Taven because the story I working him into hasn't reached his part yet.) I use the current ROH titles.

1. I usually run at least one Ring of Respect show per week (usually while I'm at the laundromat doing my laundry). 2. I've currently got 64 wrestlers on my roster, including some self-created fictional characters, self-created local wrestlers, and wrestlers created by other promoters (including Switch-Truth). 3. My pay per holo-view shows (I call them pay per holo-views because I'm running my ROH fed in "COTG game" time) are named as close to the ROH iPPVs as possible, with the exception of one, BATTLE-BALOO, which is the only cross-promotional pay per holo-view I run because I run matches for both Ring of Respect and my COTG-based bootleg fed, Rings of Saturn Wrestling, in a one-night show. 4. I'm currently using 4 titles in Ring of Respect. (ROR Heavyweight, ROR Holo-Vision, ROR Tag Team, and ROR Women's title).

Just wondering a few things: 1) How often do you guys run shows? 2) Does anyone out there name every show like the real Ring of Honor does? 3) How many wrestlers do you use in your fed? 4) How many titles do you run? Thanks, Tom Renick My personal ROH/CWFH based fed is called Ring of Vegas (ROV) and these are my answers to your questions: 1) How often do you guys run shows?every week I run a 1 hour tv show (ROV TV) consisting of about 4 matches/episode and then at least one full show (usually at least 8 matches) per month via VOD or IPPV. So far there have been 57 episodes of ROV TV and 21 full shows. 2) Does anyone out there name every show like the real Ring of Honor does?Sort of, I mostly use names that fit my fed's Vegas theme because it is based here in Las Vegas. Some show names I have used include Raising the Stakes, Non Negotiables, Going All In, The House Always Wins (a show featuring the House of Truth,) and the Casino Royale Rumble (featuring ROV's annual rumble match.) But my annual biggest/IPPV shows are based on the actual regular ROH names for which I alter to fit my fed's Vegas theme. Last Vegas is my Final Battle, High Rollers is my Best in the World, Debauchery Before Dishonor is my Death Before Dishonor, Glory by Vegas is my Glory by Honor, Supercard of Vegas is my Supercard of Honor, Survival of the Sinners is my Survival of the Fittest, etc. I also had a show I liked alot called Planet Hollywood (named after one of my favorite casinos here in Las Vegas) featuring the CWFH cards and I plan to bring it back in my current game year. 3) How many wrestlers do you use in your fed? For Ring of Vegas, I personally mostly use all of the CWFH cards and most of the ROH cards who appear/appeared regularly in PWG (i.e. Young Bucks, Adam Cole, American Wolves, Roderick Strong, Kevin Steen, El Generico, Kyle O'Reilly, Michael Elgin, etc.) But I also use some others too such as Truth Martini. 4) How many titles do you run?Right now I have 3 main titles: ROV Championship (currently held by Adam Pearce,) ROV TV Championship (currently held by Michael Elgin,) and ROV Tag Team Championship (currently held by the American Wolves.) I also use the Shimmer cards as a division called the Women of Vegas (based after the Women of Honor name) and my current WOV Champion is Cheerleader Melissa and my current WOV Tag Team Champions are the Women of Violence (LuFisto and Christina Von Eerie.) I am really considering also adding a Hollywood Championship and Hollywood Tag Team Championship which I may introduce around the time of my next Planet Hollywood show. I hope this might help, good luck with your fed!

I might be the only one who runs 8 matches on my weekly TV Card, but I like having as many guys from a big roster compete as possible.
