I have decided to switch things up a little and start fresh. This is a reboot of my American Combat Entertainment fed. It will feature only the colour indy fed cards.
ACE 01@ Hartford, CT - Civic Center
Throwbacks (Sugar Dunkerton & Dasher Hatfield) v. World’s Greatest Tag Team (Charlie Haas & Shelton Benjamin)
The fans enjoy the antics of the Throwbacks and they are able to build on that support to take control of the early action. Haas turns things around with an overhead belly to belly suplex on Hatfield for a near fall followed immediately by the LEAP OF FAITH. Dunkerton jumps into the action starting a wild brawl between the two team. WGTT maintains the advantage and Benjamin crushes Hatfield with a turnbuckle powerbomb for the win while Haas beats down Dunkerton at ringside. * ½
Ace Title Tournament – Round One
Eddie Edwards vs. Delirious
Edwards is not exactly sure what to make of Delirious’ antics and mumbling and neither are the fans. An early tiger suplex gives Die Hard the early edge and Edwards never looks back hitting a deathjump smash followed by a deathjump cross body block for the three count. Dud
Adam Pearce v. Kyle O’Reilly
The fans hate Pearce plain and simple. Scrap Iron wastes no time going to work opening the match with a power slam and then following up with a wicked looking JUMPING PILEDRIVER. Pearce is onto the semi-finals in just two moves! Dud
Roderick Strong v. Robert Anthony
A handshake gets us started and the fans show their appreciation for both men. Strong appeared to make the mistake of underestimating his opponent and it showed early on. Anthony was able to counter Strong’s attack and hit several impressive moves of his own including a series of crossbody blocks and an Ace Crusher. The match went to the floor and Strong cracked Anthony across the back earning himself a disqualification. Anthony moves on into the next round. *
Sami Callihan v. Drake Younger
These two are no strangers to one another having battled all over the country before both arriving in ACE. So it was no real surprize how closely contested this bout was. Both men countered to near perfection with neither man being able to get the other into a pinning or submission situation. Younger control most of the early action but Callihan went on an impressive run including two STRETCH MUFFLERS but could not get the win. The action spilled to ringside and both men battled over a chair. Younger won the struggle but it cost him the match as he was disqualified for clocking Callihan with the weapon. ***
Ace Title Tournament – Semi-Finals
Eddie Edwards v. Adam Pearce
Edwards has the fans solidly behind him and takes control of the bout from the bell. A chin checker sends Pearce to the floor and Edwards goes out after him. Scrap Iron gets the best of the wild brawl on the floor and takes the action back inside executing a perfect JUMPING PILEDRIVER for the shocking three count (Cat’s Eyes!). dud
Robert Anthony v. Sami Callihan
Callihan is a man possessed and tears into Anthony in and out of the ring including a pair of suicide dives to the floor that take their toll on both competitors. Anthony manages to survive a STRETCH MUFFLER to keep the action going. It is clear that Anthony is in survival mode and never has Callihan in an real trouble before The Callihan Death Machine picks up the win with an exploder suplex. *** ½
Quacksaw (Mike Quackenbush & Jigsaw) v. Motor City Madmen (Rhino & Jimmy Jacobs)
Quackenbush and Jigsaw draw on the fans support and are able to cut off Jacobs from his corner from the outset. With several well timed tags Jacobs cannot get make his exit and falls to a Black Tornado Slam from Quackenbush. Dud
Ace Title Tournament – Finals
Sami Callihan v. Adam Pearce
The fans show some reluctant support for Callihan which shows just how much they dislike Pearce. Scarp Iron looks very impressive early on countering everything that Callihan can muster but that changes when Callihan rocks Pearce with an exploder suplex. The match then goes in and out of the ring several times and Callihan cracks Pearce across the back with a chair shot earning a disqualification. Adam Pearce is your ACE Champion! The fans jeer the new champion but get behind Callihan when he chases Pearce from the ring with his chair. *

Pick Six
1. Sami Callihan
2. Eddie Edwards
3. Robert Anthony
4. Drake Younger
5. Roderick Strong
6. Delirious
Only wrestlers ranked in the Pick Six would be eligible to challenge for the ACE Championship, although contenders to the championship can still be determined via a special bout or official ruling. The higher a wrestler is seeded in the "Pick Six", the more leverage he has in determining the scheduling of championship matches. Wrestlers can only enter the Pick Six Standings by defeating a ranked wrestler. An unranked wrestler that defeats a Pick Six Contender assumes that wrestler's rank and the other wrestlers all move down one rank. If a ranked wrestler defeats a higher seeded wrestler, the winner assumes that seeding in the Pick Six, while the losing wrestler and those ranked lower drop one rank. ACE management reserves the right to remove a wrestler from the ranking due to inactivity.
