So who, right now as of this moment, among all of the Chikara guys (all sets), would be able to compete in the YLC?

Unless there was a major change in qualifications... Very few I would think. I checked a while back. Maybe the guys in the Rudos set?

I think the best way to go with that is to go by the original requirement of any wrestler with 50 or less matches rather than the 25 years or younger rule. This would give you a lot more options and allow you to introduce cards from different indy sets. As far as who is eligible right now under the current rule I know Mr Touchdown deafeated ACH (ROH) in the finals of last year's tourament to win the cup

Since you mentioned it, I went and looked up whatever ages I could to see who still qualified... and after my cursory search, it seems like there are two guys who DEFINITIVELY qualify: Mr. Touchdown, and Juan Francisco De Coronado. Donst also qualifies, but he's held it before, which IIRC disqualifies you from challenging (not that you should let that stop you, of course--your fed, your rules). There are a few wrestlers whose ages I couldn't find who MIGHT qualify: Saturyne, Jakob, Kobald, and Da Soul Touchaz, and the Batiri. You could throw Los Ice Creams in there as well in a pinch--WHO KNOWS their ages--but on the whole, not a lot.
Now, if you expand it to Wrestling Is... characters, you could add "Princess" Kimber Lee (from the CZW set) into the mix. And then with the announcement of the new REBORN set tonight (depending on who's placed inside the set), you might have a new batch of qualifiers, including Kid Cyclone, Equinox II, Shynron, Heidi Lovelace, and others. But that's projecting.
In the meantime, your best bet is either raising the age limit to 30 (which increases your options dramatically) or do as todd and go with the original "under 50 matches" rule.
