You know the ones I'm talking about: Referee Bryce Remsburg, Bill Alfonso Biased Referee, Gary Michael Capetta... those.
I use the Remsburg card for every title match, actually.
And I use the G.M.C. card a lot (and I do mean a lot... just read my fed and you'll see).
I've got plans in mind to start having an "evil and biased" referee debut soon, so that means the Aflonso card will start seeing more use soon.
So?
How about you guys?
Do you use them?
At all?

When the roll to open the match is a tie, I roll 1d6. On odd, I roll on GMC's card. Bill Alfanso was part of my Wrestling Conduct Committee (designed to make fun of the FCC, just like Vince's RTC was to the PTC), and he tended to ref their matches. However, with that stable disbanding, I haven't really used him. I also don't think I have Resmburg's card.

The only one I really use at this time is Bryce. He refs title matches and one of my territories.
I plan to use Bill Alfonso in the future as a biased ref.
I like Shon Maxx's method for GMC. Using him for every match would be too crazy for me.

Yeah, I prefer to make his events happen just enough to be something special.

I do something similar to Shon Maxx. When I roll doubles as my very first roll of the match - which typically decides who goes first - I roll on GMC's card. I don't do the extra roll that Shon Maxx does though.
I don't use Bryce's card yet. I will. It feels a little weird to only have one ref card though. I would love to have 2-3 refs so that they can rotate and based on their style they can very slightly alter the way a match plays out (ie slow counts, harder to be DQed, etc.)
I don't use Alfonso's ref card because I strictly use him as a manager. I could see using him as a specialty ref sometime down the line but not as a full time ref and manager.
I use Bill Apter's interview card on occasion, saying that he is interviewing (insert wrestler name here) for an article for my fed's official magazine.
There are others, I know, but I can't think of them right now and I either don't use those ones much or haven't introduced them to my fed/s yet. I really like having these different wrestling personalities though. I love the variety that they bring to matches and storylines.

All of the other refs just do a middle-of-the-road job officiating .

I understand they aren't top priority but they could sure be fun.

I will use GMC's card in the near future and often in my UAW PRESENTS and the Bill Apter, Louden Noxious and others will be used in some fashion, but Remsburg's card is not in my plans to use for this fed...

In my head, often. But I rarely pull out the cards themselves.
