World, Global, International, Heavyweight and recently Grand have all been used as the main title name for a promotion. But is there nothing else?

I use "Ultimate" in my indy fed.
As in "Ultimate Heavyweight Champion" and such.

Intercontinental is essentially another word for World.

As I was watching the Olympics last night I was also reading up on the months past Lucha news. And I noticed that several smaller promotions had an Champeon Absoluto or Absolute Champion as their main. Found this interesting.

If there is no secondary championship, he can simply be "The Champion".
CWfH has the Heritage Championship as it's main title.
