GWF Top 10 and NEW LIFE!!!!!

With the lack of news updates since the release of 2123 and the smattering of posts here and there over the last few weeks, I feel like we need to breathe some new life into the discussion.

Therefore, I'm suggesting a new thread. Introducing The Top 10!!

We can list and discuss the top 10 wrestlers in your fed, the top 10 heroes, villians, women, managers, etc. We can even debate the top 10 game editions or the top 10 things that need to happen next in the GWF.

Let's have some fun with this. I'll even start with my list of the Top 10 heels in the GWF;

A few items to add to the discussion:

- I'm not quite ready to share the top 10 things that need to happen next in the GWF, but I will say that #1 on the list is the need for a new team of Gladiators. Emphasis on team. Paralyze has served me well, but the rest of this motley crew is so far away from the many Aethran dynasties that they're almost irrelovent.

Top 10 Heroes (this list - and my villain list - is based on my feds and ranks all-time heroes/villains):

*NOTE - Chaos is currently a popular face in my fed. He's very much like the WWE, post-nWo Hogan who was cheered mightily during the early 2000's.

*NOTE 2 - Thunder could easily be at the top of both of these lists. The only reason why he doesn't appear on either is that I played him as a fighter who took on any challenge at any time. As a result, he never truly was either face or heel, and there were plenty of times in which he was both at the same time. In my recent storylines, the planet Aethra has been completely destroyed, and Thunder (along with Overkill and Malice) have left wrestling to serve as generals in the retaliation effort. Paralyze and the other remaining Gladiators have begun to trash and run down (Thunder's) legacy. The door is open for Thunder's return as the man to finally shut Paralyze up - a move that will make him a major face.

I have never been thrilled with Rage and Disaster is a choke artist for me, so I'd have to agree that the Gladiators need a shake-up. I put Disaster in the team with Rage and I'm letting Paralyze take center stage right now. I'd like to build to a Paralyze-Monolith showdown, but we'll see what happens with the dice. I still haven't found a groove with the Gladiators in 2123.

Sly could easily work his way up the rankings in time. If managers were included, Doomsayer would be rated pretty high on the list. Doomsayer as a wrestler lost all steam the character had with me for a while though.Thantos' turn and team with Star Warrior and his disasterous run as a hero manager dropped him behind Chaos for the top spot.
