10. Star Warrior the evil heel (long before we ever got an Avenging Warrior card)
9. Chaos the heroic face
8. American Guy outed as Commander Sam's illegitimate son
7. Commander Sam's "Washington Wildman" romp through the GWF
6. Several past and present mega-stars turned undead in a feud against Murdok
5. Max Shield, Blade, Blizzard, Sniper and Mandrill together as a team called . . . . The X-Men
4. A number of wrestlers secede from the GWF to form the NUPW
3. A feud between Thunder and Paralyze that ended with Paralyze holding both the GWF and NUPW championships while not being officially recognized as either
2. The formation of a team called the I.K.D. (I killed Dreadnaught) that started a 12 man feud over who did kill Dreadnaught (NOTE: Dreadnaught was briefly one of the 12 involved in the feud)
1. Aethra being completely destroyed, most of the GWF Aethrans joining the remaining remnants of the Royal Aethran Army to find the culprits, and Paralyze crowning himself the Emperor of the new Aethran Order.

Proteus had a nice singles run after he and Actagon split for a while. US Patriot was hurt by the lackluster end to his career as US Traitor or else he'd rank higher. Nexus and At-Las score so highly by being two of the only guys who never went to the villain side, in addition to their success in the ring (and being two of my favorites in game history).

honorable mention to WOLF, not a true hero but deserving of a nod as one of the most popular and successful of all-time.
