I noticed the Samoan Island Tribe is included in the Legends Of The Future LE card package at the online store. I've also seen polls that had their names included for favorite "Legend Of The Future". The problem is, Samu is definitely in the category of flat-out "legend" (in as much as we consider Sandman, Buff Bagwell, ect in that vein). He's been around for over 20 years, made an impact as one of the Samoan Swat Team in WCW, and went on to be one-half of the WWF tag team champions as part of the re-named Headshrinkers. He's been there, done that. Heck, kids had a little WWF Hasbro action figure of the guy to play with in the late 90s!
Alofa has been around for a long time, too, as both Alofa and LA Smooth. He's not had the recognition as the other members of the Samoan family of wrestling, but he's not a young upstart ready to breakout, either.
I'm not sure what the point of this post is other than to point that out. I just thought I'd start a discussion/ get an answer as to why they are wrongly catagorized as Legends Of The Future.

Lantern...
I'm little confused...(the Samoan family tree will do that to a guy)...
LA Smooth (Lloyd Anoa'i) also wrestled with Samu as Ruopa
Fatu/Rikishi (Solofa Fatu, Jr.) worked as Alofa (w/ Samu) and J.R. Smooth.
Alofa is Rikishi/Fatu...right?
Thanks

No this Alofa is not Fatu/Rikishi. If it is that is news to me and the card would be horribly wrong then.

I could see Alofa being categorized as a Legend of the Future, but Samu technically shouldn't be. Perhaps Todd put them there, since the two have teamed up on the indy scene and haven't made as big of an impact, as Samu has throughout his whole career.
And to be clear, no, Alofa is not the same guy as Rikishi/Fatu.

Yeah, I put the Samoans in there because they were more on the Indy scene. We are looking to have 2 new LOTF cards soon, so I may just replace the Samoans in the package with the 2 new guys at that time.

I'm currently using the Samoan Island Tribe in my LOTF fed Minor League Wrestling where I have them feuding with The Heartbreak Express. But I actually have plans within the next few weeks to promote them to one of the brand rosters of my main LOW fed Major League Wrestling.

<-------------------- is begging for the Backseat Boyz
I have so many ideas on what I can do with these two, who to feud with, who to align with. I really hope we finally get Kashmire and Acid in this game.
