Why do people want an updated Adam Cole card?? His art may not be heelish, but the card is fine. Couldn't agree more. An updated Cole sounds perfect for promoter prime. Just my two cents.

I would say getting new art would be reason enough for a Cole update! (one of my least-favorite pieces of art in the game)
Actually, considering that Cole was ROH Champion for 9 months I think he deserves a card that is 'championship caliber'. His current one is not. Too inconsistent. And if a Jay Brisoce update can be justified, I believe Cole would be more so.
As far as Promoter Prime, my guess is that ROH guys are not eligible. Right along with Online editions. I could be wrong; some guys may have signed independent of whatever the ROH deal is. Putting that aside, I would dare say that Forever Hooligans and Bad Influence are more Prime material. While I love getting both teams, Hooligans are ROH part timers at best and who knows how much we will see Daniels and Kazarian. I would much rather see the ROH sets representative of the core roster: Silas Young, Adam Page, War Machine, etc. I know the Hooligans and BI will sell more sets, so I get it.
My two cents, anyway.

One thing is, you can't put everyone in Prime..sometimes they're just going to have to come out in sets.
I think the last guy is Cole. Young will have his day soon enough I'm sure.

Guys in yellow have blazed their trails, have tons of footage that can be accessed to properly stat a card. Guys in red are either just hitting their stride (Young) or just getting started. If we put out a set of the red guys now, they'd be the first ones needing updates in 6-12 months. Established, well-known names will always sell more than a set of guys most fans haven't heard of. Give those guys in red time to cook a little longer and you have a really solid set of guys with good cards. That's how I look at it.

Before Best in the World, the last ROH show they worked was the April TV taping. They haven't been on enough shows to where there's enough footage of them in ROH where we could accurately stat them. Adam Page is The Decade's towel boy, there's not enough current footage to stat a decent card for him. Silas Young, I can see the argument for. He's been around consistently for a year or so now, but the other three? It's a little too early, IMO.

OK.... I am a little worried now. I was expecting Silas in last years set. But it almost seems like he won't be in this one. I am gonna be sorely disappointed if it is is a "update". A new name, I could maybe understand, like Matt Sydel or someone with a long ROH history.

Pretty strong hint here as to who the last card is in this first teaser.

Hmmm, OK, so legends: Christopher Daniels, dominant champions of today: Forever Hooligans fit that. future champions of tomorrow: Kazarian maybe? only had 2 matches in ROH and only 38 or so. But maybe that one is alluding to the final name.
Now this is going to drive me crazy.... er, more crazy than the usual
