Here is one thing I did a long time ago that uses the choice rules at least partially. On a listed 2 move with a ch move, I might try for the level 3 move. But if I didn't want to then I just did the 2 move on the card. I didn't bother with the 3 ch D or E because it was a 3 move on the card. That's not completely by the book but at least some of the time I was rolling for a 3 move.

I do use the charts as it shakes things up a bit. If a move isn't congruent with the wrestler I sometimes just say it's the move listed with the (ch). It's just not an instant success. or it can be whatever you want. As I say with most things in this game: be true to the mechanics and use your imagination when you have to.

As I say with most things in this game: be true to the mechanics and use your imagination when you have to. I absolutely agree with this. I think it's really the whole point for me and my approach to the game. I follow the rules we're given, but always use my imagination to fill in the blanks. Not only does it "work" for me, but it's probably about 60-70% of why I play the game.

90% of the time when I use a ch chart I say the wrestler is attempting the -2 or - 3 move written on the card. Sometimes when a guy is having a hard time putting his opponent away, I'll say he goes for the ch chart assigned move and attempts to pull a trick out of his sleeve. This has resulted in some great match endings. I'm a true believer that imagination is the no.1 ingredient needed to get the most of out playing this game. Sometimes that means imagining new things, and sometimes that means finding a way to make the seemingly unexplainable, make sense.
My very favorite thing about this game is tackling the unexpected results the dice often create. It's like playing vs. fate every time, and challenging both my writing and booking skills against it. I love it.

Kazarian is in. Glad to see it even if I did not expect it. Great work from Tom and the crew on getting that done.
Now, only one name left. And more than ever after last night's ppv, I want SILAS YOUNG!!!!

This set just gets better and better. Hoping for either Silas Young or an updated Adam Cole for the final card.

Why do people want an updated Adam Cole card?? His art may not be heelish, but the card is fine.
